Sometimes good other times garbage. Like right now nobody was answering drive through 1 but the line for drive through 2 was moving smooth. I had like 5 cars from drive through 2 go in front of me after getting their orders in while no one was answering drive through 1. The workers just don’t care and wanna do the least for that $10 an hour pay…. can’t blame them but whoever runs this McDonald’s needs to take initiative before they put more fast food around here and take all the business.

This is the third time in a row they left an item out of my order even though I used the mobile app to make sure it wouldn’t get recorded wrong. They had me pull to the side after I made it to the front of the drive in, and I waited an additional 15 minutes to get an order that was missing my kid’s sandwich. I went inside, asking for the missing sandwich, and was greeted with serious attitude and annoyance. I waited about 5 minutes for them to make me the wrong sandwich. I asked them for the right sandwich and waited about another 5 minutes for a completely different wrong sandwich. The manager finally got involved and made the correct sandwich himself. This is the closest location to me, but from now on, if my kids want McDonald’s, I’m going to drive out of my way to avoid this location.

It was starting off lovely, we all sat down for lunch after church, we finished the meal but my husband noticed after he ate his burger it was completely pink still and he went to the counter to tell a worker, he made it clear he didn’t want anything in return but the worker got snappy and defensive saying the burger was obviously cooked ok because they had timers (it wasn’t it was completely pink in the center) he told my husband that burgers are normally pink and he said if it was cooked 10 seconds longer he wouldn’t be complaining about the food and said why would he now, long story short we won’t be returning, also he’s severely sick now so…

I’m going to be honest, I don’t normally eat McDonald’s food but my wife has me out hunting for socks aka the Grinch meal. I put some chicken McNuggets in the air fryer along when fries.. I added my own seasoning and it changed the game.

Took over an hour, but went during their busiest time. I can justify that maybe, but they missed half my order. They said I would have to go back around if I wanted it. They didn’t give me any of my food and had me pull forward. Another 15-20 min. Still no food. I did not get a receipt, so that’s on me. I wish I had the hour of my life and my money back, but pulled away anyways without any food. But lesson learned, never going back. Unorganized as hell.

Found the worst McDonalds in the area. Placed a simple order in the drive through. Pulled to the side. 4 cars get their order and drive off. Went inside to check. The employees scattered like ICE showed up. A gentleman cleaning tables finished my order.

They lock the doors whenever they feel like it. The sign says 10 or 11 every night they lock the doors at 7:30/8:00 now. They shouldn’t be getting away with that. Some people want to come in to eat. People were hungry. They been doing that for past couple of weeks. Too lazy to run a store so they lock the lobby to make it easier on them
