Iv become a regular here because I go to one of the nearby colleges and I’ve realized that there’s a 50-50 chance that you’ll get either a really good service or awful service. Today I walked in and a lady walked past me muttering “I’m tired of this restarted shit”
I found it so crazy I asked one of the other customers if she was ok, I was shocked to see that she was actually a manager! I’m not so judgy so I didn’t think too much of it but then I go up to order and there’s no greeting no smile no eye contact nothing. On top of that the customer after me ordered and then tried to ask a question just to have a “hold on” figure pointed at her as the manager revealed she was on a phone call with family and wanted to respond to something. To make it worse I politely asked if I could get a door dash bag because I had a 20 min walk back to GMC and while she shook her head and said “mhm ” I got my food in a normal bag that EVENTUALLY ended up tearing on my walk back which is exactly why I asked for a different bag.

In conclusion
I got back to my barracks with cold smashed fries, a bag with a big hole, and less money than I think was necessary to spend.
The managers service made my walk there seem pointless and made my day worse than it was before my journey to McDonald’s. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but i genuinely feel sad now.

Bonus story-

2 weeks ago me and 2 other friends decided to eat here and we all ordered just one burger and fries but not only did it take them a full hour to make it, but by the time we got our food my friend asked why it took so long (respectfully) as to which the worker responded with “sorry, I have ADHD and can’t work sometimes”

I live across the street so i’ve been here many times. This is, by far, the absolute worst service i’ve ever seen at any fast food place i’ve been to. Every time i’ve been i either wait over 30 minutes for my food, or they get my order wrong. I’ve never once been and had the correct order within a decent time frame. I’ve been twice this week, i waited 20 mins for 20 nuggets and was handed 10 with no sauce. I came again today, I waited around 45 mins as well as over 10 other customers waiting longer than me, just to receive the wrong order. It’s appalling, the staff make it known that they don’t want to be there and it’s reflected by the horrific service. I would very highly recommend to not go here for food, it’s not worth your money.

There are a couple of older ladies that work at this location that are great..but the rest are rude and unprofessional. The Big Mac I got looked like 2 pieces of sausage rather than Hamburger patties they were so small and made extremely sloppily. I used to be a regular for breakfast and lunch..but this last trip/experience was the LAST ONE!! Absolutely horrendous!

McDonald’s has really went to shit, I mean why am I having to wait for a door dash order or for my order for over 20 to 30 minutes. Cause us door dashers are on a time limit to where the food is picked up and dropped off by a certain time. McDonald’s Y’all Need To Do Better!!!!

There’s always a 75% chance your food will either be wrong or it will take 45 minutes. I’ve been a customer here, ordered delivery from here, and been a dordasher here and had awful experiences on all sides. My worst experience by far was when I was doordashing and they forgot to put a cup holder in the bag (just sat a full cup directly inside the bag next to the food) and I had Dr Pepper spill all over me. The customer I was delivering to was very polite about the extra wait time but the manager who had to remake the order was very rude and snarky about it. Food is also constantly mislabeled and the wait times for food cause delivery people to get bad reviews when it’s not our fault.

Slowest McDonalds in the country. They are unbelievably disorganized. Ordered breakfast before it ended, and by the time she got to the order to fulfill it, breakfast had ended and “she couldn’t make it,” even though I’d already been charged for it. The ordering kiosks are half broken, the floors are sticky, bathrooms are dirty. Do not come here.

After Church we thought we would give the South Side McDonald’s in Milledgeville a try AGAIN. NEVER AGAIN, french fries were burnt, gave me chicken nuggets that tastes like rubber
I asked for a Cheeseburger Deluxe and was given McChicken sandwich. Cheese on the cheeseburger looked like it was just thrown on. I called and talked to a Manager and was informed that really nothing they can do unless I take the food back. Well tell my kids they can’t have food because it has to go back.
THANK YOU MCDONALD’S THAT WAS MY LAST TIME. No wonder why you have a bad reputation

had a mobile i ordered 20 minutes before close and i ended up waiting almost an hour for it. The lady said “they forgot about my order.” and they still messed up my order. I consistently have issues at this place but its whatever because its cheap, but not this time. avoiding this place now, not even worth it

Gets orders wrong often.

Separate occasion:
Gave out my mobile order to somebody else so they tell me to pay for it again in the app and they will refund me, they eventually did refund after having to through a bunch of stuff and talking with managers.

Today which is why I’m making this post,
I ordered through the app, and was waiting in the drive thru but it was taking forever to move so i deceid to park and go inside to grab it since I ordered it 20m ago it should already be ready, no point in waiting in line. But when I go inside they tell me I have to go through the drive thru to get my mobile order, even if my food was ready sitting in the kitchen. So now I have to go back out and get back in the slow long line when they could’ve handed me the mobile order that was ready instead they wasting 20-30+ minute of my day.
If it’s policy, change it to if the mobile order is ready give the customer what they paid for, does it really matter if I went through the drive thru? I’ve done it plenty of time at other rmcdoknads when the drive thru is long so I just hop inside and grab my food so I can ignore the line, that the whole point of mobile order!!

Also I mobile order from here every single time, done it countless time, and they’ve only asked for my code ONCE, make them ask for the code so my food isn’t taken by somebody else named Noah!
