I am a truck driver and pulled into a small town named Fort Valley Georgia. I pulled in around midnight and the only place that was open was a nearby McDonald’s. Being very hungry I wanted to place an order on the app but notice that you could only pick up through drive-thru
I took a chance and walked about four blocks over and knocked on the window and asked the lady if I could pick up my order at the window walking up. Immediately she said “no come around to the front I will let you in.” Not knowing me from Adam she still let me in so that I could pick up my order. I have stayed in this little town a couple of times on my 10 hour and 34 hour reset. But this is the first time that I wanted to get something that late but was not sure if anyone would accommodate. I want to think the manager, Terrail for being a kind and trusting type of person to allow me in and get my food.

First, there was a gentleman handing out the food and he had so much respect! I’m not sure if the lady that was taking the order/funds or what have you knew what she was doing! I ordered two sausage biscuits and got the biscuits only when I spoke with her about it, she said yeah biscuits alone is $2.69 and sausage biscuit is $2.99… I’m just going to leave it here. I appreciate it but I’m good

I went to McDonald’s last night 8/10 @ 9:30 pm. I ordered 2 Double Cheeseburgers, they buy one get one for $1. She gave me the bag I said ma’am these sandwiches are cold. I need my food fresh. SHE YELLED” SHE WANTS HER SANDWICHES. I said everybody does. She got an attitude and I requested a refund. Attitudes have no place in customer service dealing with people food and money. SAD! Never again!

Just ordered two chicken mcgriddle for $10 taste like they were cooked 2 days ago … The griddle was hard the chicken was dark tasted like old grease now this 7 something in the A.M noway the food should be tasting like two days ago. If I stayed closer I would’ve took it back.

This place is always shutting their grill down early. If you close at 11, you should have food available until 11 or close at 10 instead. It’s pathetic. People work nights around here and already have to scramble to get food before everything closes. I started coming around 10 and that worked for a while but tonight it was the same thing. It’s like they’re getting earlier and earlier with the bs. Sad. You signed up to close the store, not leave at 11.

Lady at the front counter was very nice and friendly, even though it was 8 AM. Service was relatively quick and no complaints over the quality of the food. It was very clean inside and the bathrooms were also very clean for boys and girls.

I’ve tried calling several times, I noticed when I got home that I was missing a Big Mac. I come to FV every Tuesday I will stop by then for my Big Mac.

Just stopped in to order my usual Frappe & Cheese burger as always when traveling this route. And I was directed to the Kiosk and the staff refused to wait on me at the register. The kiosk would not take my card and nobody was availible to take my order. So I just cancelled my order and left even after asking for help I guess if I am worthless and not worth 2 minutes to take to ring up I’ll just go somewhere else where they want my money. I will respect their wishes and never return to this location. I usually spend $10-20 a week through my travels. I am sorry for being a bother and I will gladly persuade my family to not come here as well. Thanks and have a good day.

If you want a nice smile and greeting with your breakfast this is the McDonald’s to drive thru. I have been there several times with 5 picky eaters and they always get my order right. The 100 health department score is also nice to see.
