I won’t be back. So disgusting. Ordered a double cheeseburger & lg French fries. The fries cold & covered in a thick layer of salt. The double cheeseburger was over flowing with mustard & a soggy flat bun & a bite taken out of it. Gross!

3 strikes. We went specifically to get the McRib. The entire place smelt horrible like fish. They were out of McRibs, so we ordered other meals. Those meals were marginal at best. The fries were cold and not fresh. Fast forward a few days later, still craving the McRib, I decided to call ahead to ensure it was available. Numerous calls were made and no answer or IVR system, instead it either just rings or the call was picked up by a fax machine…..yup, you heard me, a fax machine just like it was 1995 all over again. So a few more days pass and I figure I would try again for that McRib. We again stop into the lobby and sat there ignored for over 10 minutes before just leaving. I would not recommend this McDonald’s.

I normally try to avoid this McDonald’s because of the crowd that hangs out there. But they brought back my favorite, the steak, egg and cheese bagel. I got off early enough in time for breakfast so I took a chance. Nice, mannerable girl in the drive-thru and they were fast. (Very impressed!!) Bagel is still as good as it used to be!! I get it without the onions though. Worth the stop..

If I could give zero stars I would! Complete joke of a place. I pull up through the drive through and she tells me she didn’t put my order in and then told me I can’t get a cup of water with my combo meal. Said it could only be soda or tea!

This place is PACKED. Parked my car like I normally do at 745-8am to go inside and of course they have their doors locked. They really need to have ACTUAL managers here in the morning so they can write them up for this. It is ridiculous. If there was somewhere else I could go and still get my kids to school on time and get to my errands on time, I would go to the one on oconee. Smh. Do better.

The worst experience at the McDonald’s in Eatonton. The girl taking my order spoke so quiet and so slow, couldn’t hear her. The boy handing out food got my order wrong twice. He had dirt and grime under his nails. His uniform disgusting, all around an awful experience

The employees are just lazy. I wasted gas to drive to this mcdonald’s knowing that they close at 12am and it was 10:50. I asked for cookies and they said the oven was not on. They were rude and then had an attitude when i asked for an ice cream which they also did not have. I honestly hope this mcdonald’s gets shut down. stop being lazy at your job.

In my opinion, they set the standard for a drive-thru at a McDonald’s. I will be returning on my next road trip through this area.

Online says it is open until 12am. Pulled up to drive thru at 11:00 and asked for cookies and a Mcflurry. The exact words from the worker was “Oven off, machine down.” Super lazy and couldn’t even form a sentence, and was told they were “pre-closing”. Was given horrible attitude. This location needs to be closed.
