Fast and courteous employees. Never had a problem here. There’s a McDonald’s in Augusta next door to the VA (not inside) that I’d never return to even if I was starving.

it’s snowing today, EXTREMELY lightly. my husband sat in line for 26 minutes to be told “we’re closed” in the rudest manner ever. the employees are uneducated, rude, selfish, and genuinely don’t listen.

I ordered a quarter pounder sandwich meal. Not sure how a fish fillet ended up with mustard ketchup and onions on my sandwich. It is completely disgusting and I was on the road traveling back home a couple hours away and didn’t get to see it until I was about 45 minutes away. If I could get this restaurant zero stars I would I was waiting in the curbside pick up for 30 minutes and they told me up on the app my order was delivered I had to go inside to get it and they gave me the wrong size drink and a nasty sandwich .

Average at best. Food is typical fast food quality although fast doesn’t describe the speed of food delivery. Frys were cold when we got our burgers. Shake machine was broken….again. Bathrooms need help. Facility remodel is nice.

Went around 9:45pm to the drive through after kayaking with my wife and kids. After placing my order I asked if they had already cleaned their ice cream machine for the night or if it was still available. As she gave me an answer a loud truck went by and I couldn’t hear what was said. When I asked her to repeat it, a different woman came on hollering at me saying “No, there’s no ice cream”. After her extremely rude and loud response I no longer wanted to give them my service so we left. Unfortunately, this McDonald’s is the closest to our home and my kids love it but the service is absolutely terrible 90% of the time so we rarely go.
