Came here the other night after work. The lady that took my order in the drive through did not tell me they were only taking cash, she only asked if I would be using my app, I said yes and gave her the code. When I got to the window to pay, only then did they tell me about only taking cash, and only then did the manager take over for orders and made a point to say “were only taking cash”. They re rung up my order so I could pay with a card but the lady at the window was beyond rude. I even apologized for the inconvenience and she just rolled her eyes at me. I understand they were busy but customer service is important. Do not go here if they are slammed, you will not be treated nice.

I was hungry so I walked over here from work. Walked right back out. No way I was gonna get my food within 20mins. No way.

Burger…… messy.
Never a good experience.
May ask why we keep going back. It’s the only fast food in walking distance from our work. There is Captain Ds but meh..

Walked in. Walked out…….. long line for drive thru and about 12 people inside waiting for food as usual. Why did I even try? lunch is the issue. remeber if managment doesnt care why would the staff

So one of the workers told me what’s up. As he/she stated “We are taught to work on Drive-Thur first. In store customer are lease priority”

They have my order way right in front of me. Customer walks in. She said she here to pick up. Employee said my number and she said yes.

Gave another chance…….. But
Do not come here on lunch unless you have a full hour. People are slow slow slow. While people was complaining the manager was eating..

Takes 20-30 for anyone inside to be feed. Can’t spend my lunch break waiting. Lost my business. Training staff to ignore customers inside to causing this

I used the kiosk to order four McValue meals. It took more time to place the order than it did to receive it. Overall, the food was good and hot.

Well, first thing. You order meals that are supposed to have bacon, long and behold, no bacon . Nuggets weren’t fully cooked , and neither were the fries .
Go up and let management know, and instead of preparing everything new, they open up the burgers to check that they didn’t put bacon on . It’s clearly printed on the labels they put on the boxes . And on receipt. They used their fingers with no gloves to check and feel the Nuggets and fries . Then hand your order back to you and do nothing.
Guess you don’t need a high school diploma to work there , but yet they want 15.00 or more per hour pay . Smh
Plus, my wife got sick after eating their and has been throwing up all afternoon

I had a mobile order and waited 25 plus minutes for my order, which was only a sausage biscuit. I asked on three separate occasions about my order. It turns out one of the employees gave my order away. I don’t understand how this can happen when there’s a certain number and name on the order. It was very frustrating and no apology was issued to me for the inconvenience.

Took over 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich that wasn’t made right cold fries and got 3 frappes and they weren’t even full and 5$ a piece is crazy if they can’t even fill the cup worst McDonald’s I’ve been too

Every experience is different, but overall the food and service are good. Wish the people handing out the food had a little more common courtesy. Speed of service seems to rush customers off with not even a thank you sometimes.
