Terrible experience. Employees were cussing and chit chatting with a lobby of waiting customers. Not very friendly. Ordered via app. No one inside was customer service friendly – no one spoke. Dining room was dirty. Both men’s and women’s restrooms were stinky and disgusting. The drink station area was nasty. Work area was dirty. Just yuck. Wouldn’t return. We were just traveling thru.

Dirty. Food never came. Tried to get staff help but she was on her phone. When we got food, apple pies were 2 hours out of date. Napkin dispensers broken. Frap machine not working. Both sinks out of order in restroom!! Very poor.

This was the slowest McDonalds we’ve been to in a while. We also weren’t sure what all the screaming was that was coming from the back of the kitchen area. Someone was having a real good time. When it came to dining in, the restaurant was empty but there wasn’t a single clean table to eat at. Washrooms we’re disgusting as well. Absolutely the worst McDonalds experience I’ve had.

Wasn’t that busy, but our food took over 20 minutes. Trash all over the floor. I witnessed 3 separate customers walk in and turn around and leave without ordering We received a McChicken with no chicken. I travel a lot and like everyone I’ve eaten at hundreds of McDonald’s. Some locations are great others not so good. This is officially the worst McDonald’s I have found.

Very disorganized. Messed up my order as well as the people ahead of me. Tried to give me french fries that weren’t fresh until I told them I wanted fresh fries but now I think it was the oil needed changed. First time I have been this disappointed in McDonald’s. We went to this McDonald’s on our way to Florida. We arrived at 6:53 a.m. The doors were locked. The opening time was 6:00 a.m. An employee arrived for work. She knocked on the window and we were let inside. There were probably five employees in the business. The placee was a mess. Dirty tables from the night before, dirty floor, etc. Bad management is very evident at this restaurant.

Ordered at kiosk. Went to pay and message appears saying that there was a failure and to take receipt and pay at register. Waited minutes for someone to acknowledge me at register. Paid and waited at least 10 more minutes. Supposed to be table service but they put it on the pickup counter
