It is currently 12:03 a.m. on September 16th 2025 I pull into the drive-thru expecting somebody to be there as it is advertised on Google and it is advertised on the door and advertised on the sign out by the road however nobody was even inside the restaurant no cars in the parking lot nobody nobody is here at all very dissatisfied with everything I have been seeing today. If this store is no longer 24 hours and it needs to not be advertised as 24 hours I should not have had to waste my time coming to this location

I placed a mobile order to make things quick and easy on my lunch break since I had a baby and a child in the car. After pulling up to the speaker, I waited about 10 minutes just to be told their system was down and I had to come inside. I explained that I already had a mobile order and asked if they could just check me in at the window because I had kids in the car. They said yes — but with an attitude.
I pulled up to the window and waited another 20 minutes without receiving my order. At that point, I canceled and left.
This was beyond frustrating. The staff was rude, the communication was poor, and this isn’t the first time the food hasn’t been fresh. I simply needed something quick and convenient, and this was the worst experience.

Noisy because of the indoor playground. Cl3aning lady also kept slamming or scraping the chairs against the floor. Not my favorite McDonald’s. I ate breakfast which was tasty…but, too noisy for my nerves. I left with my food. Ate inside my ‘controlled environment ‘car.
It’s still fast/ junk food full of preservatives. Let’s not make McDonald’s a staple.

We waited almost an hour for ONE 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal. Came through the drive thru for a mobile order since the inside was locked at 7:17pm!!! It took them 30 minutes to take our order!!!

Terrible experience. Employees were cussing and chit chatting with a lobby of waiting customers. Not very friendly. Ordered via app. No one inside was customer service friendly – no one spoke. Dining room was dirty. Both men’s and women’s restrooms were stinky and disgusting. The drink station area was nasty. Work area was dirty. Just yuck. Wouldn’t return. We were just traveling thru.

I visited the store on 11/5/25 the service was prompt and courteous. We as truck drivers stop at McDonald’s everyday for coffee and usually have to wait up to as high as 30 minutes to get service, but this morning the people at the store location 3985 was right there taking our order…. I would like to say thank you for the upstanding job they are doing and being like it should be. Some people just aren’t great with technology and there should be prompt service at the cash register thank you again please keep up the great work….

Orders my food around 5pm thru uber ! and at 6:05 pm still didn’t get it ! had to cancel my order . My delivery driver said my order was canceled on there end !! tBut on end they were working on it and wrapping it up ! Tried to call 3 times and nobody answered phone just crazy! This location needs to do better ! My husband is a truck driver so it was are first time ordering from this location & in this part of the state . .

Visited the drive thru and my 10 year old son ordered a McFlurry but they told us the ice cream machine was not working.
My son asked her are you sure? She said yes.
My husband later checked through the app and was able to order it. We decided to park and get it inside. The machine WAS working and they LIED.
It was clear they did not want to make the McFlurry!
Hope headquarters catch up with your schemes and you get penalized for it.

I ordered DoorDash, it took them 15 minutes to get the food out to the dasher, when I got the food from the dasher my hamburger had some cheese on it when I ordered no cheese, the fries had so much salt I couldn’t even eat them, and they smothered the burger in a lot of ketchup to try and cover up the cheese they tried to scrape off the burger patty. And I’m pretty sure there was no mustard. It’s good I’m not allergic to cheese because I didn’t notice the half scraped cheese until I was almost done. The cookies were about as hard as a brick and cold.
