The staff was polite and friendly. Both drive through lanes were full during a weekend noontime. Ordering on mobile app made it go a bit faster and in app discount made it more affordable. When I got to the pickup window they did t know what I ordered, so they lost track of things quickly. The girl at the pickup window had boogers hanging out of her nose for added aesthetic appeal. And to make it all better, the large fries were half filled and the fish sandwich ordered without tarter sauce came overflowing with tartar sauce… As well as the hamburger has more ketchup outside the bun than inside

The customer services here is not top tear. I was picking up a doordash order and was not greeted with a positive greeting. I was asked who I was picking up for after 10 minutes of waiting without any employee acknowledging my presence. I over heard two employees say ” let me clock out before these customers think that I am working”. Customer services should always be number one and good food service should come second.

The absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Some of the rudest people up in here. They slow, they rude, they get your order wrong. When you ask nicely for them to fix it and show them the receipt they look at you like you’re crazy. Plus I pulled up today at 538 when it says it’s supposed to be open at 0400. No one’s here at all. I don’t blame them I just blame the manager

I went here today. Customer service was very slow and they have to keep the fountain machine locked. However, that’s not even the worst part. They gave me a raw hamburger. I had to throw the entire thing away.

Tonight, the food was horrific. I ordered the large filet fish meal a/o tartar sauce along with a cheeseburger w/ no pickle. I should’ve checked my food because what I got was a greasy double fish sandwich with tartar sauce on bread that was hard. I tried to wipe off most of the sauce plus it didn’t look fresh either. Also, the cheeseburger bread was hard and both sandwiches didn’t have any taste to them. Even the French fries were bland and greasy. The only thing that was good was the sweet tea/lemonade. Bottom line, I was given leftover food from earlier in the day and that’s unacceptable.

Fries were the best we’ve had in a long time – hot, crispy, and the right amount of salt. Service was good, too. Employees at both windows were polite and read back the order before handing out the food to us. We are very glad we stopped by – thank y’all!

Tera is the epitome of leadership! She is a leader who serves each person with an individualized touch. My first visit into town she made me feel as if I was at a diner. She personally served me my tray as I was seated. Today she went over and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable. She did not let time constraints rob me of the meal I wanted. She conforms to the need of each customer. She compensates for any deficit within the team. She leads by example. I see the love of Christ through her ministry of customer care. I go up to get my door dash order so I can deliver the food and they tell me “we already gave the food away”. It’s crazy because that ISNT possible once the order has been assigned to a dasher (me). This is the 3rd time this has happened to me and it’s always this SPECIFIC McDonalds. I called my customer and let him know and even he said that it’s always since McDonald’s.

I ordered 3 extra sweet and sour sauces with my order and when I got my bag I only had two. My thing is if the kiosk isn’t charging me for the sauces and I added them to my order, why do you get to charge me? I shouldn’t have to pay for yall mistake. I called cooperate too. And hopefully they did fix it but I ain’t coming back to this one. That lady know she wrong as hell.

I went to meet my four year old granddaughter there, and I must say that I don’t eat McDonald’s. But to my surprise the food was good, fresh and hot. The service was great also.
