Video got shortened, but you can see exactly how careless they are with food prep. I’ve worked McDonald’s all my life, and never have I seen such laziness before in my life. If you don’t wanna make something right, don’t come to work looking for a paycheck.
Girl at the counter was NOT trained good enough to run the front stand, and she looked like a lost child in there. I’m sad to see my favorite fast food chain get such poor treatment from staff.

What can I say, every time I go to a McDonald’s they never have food available and they have to park you. I literally had to get out of my vehicle and start walking into the store to get my food cuz I had been sitting outside for over 12 minutes. The food was good and hot when I finally got it but the service at this location is really lacking. If you have a chance, go to another McDonald’s. It seems like they prioritize doordash and GrubHub before customers that are actually there.

Nothing will get done in a timely fashion. They don’t care how many people are in line inside. Also manager doesn’t seem to care that their performance is absolute junk. I understand it gets busy but waiting 30 minutes just to pay for an order and 20 more for the food absolutely takes fast food out of their vocabulary. The girls are doing all they can but they are severely understaffed it seems to me.

The food took a long time just to come out. It was a little busy but not too busy for food to come out 35 minutes later from the time it was ordered. There was a line of people waiting for their food after ordering. And the food was barely warm. I’m not sure how their drive thru did but I can only guess they were waiting as well. There’s a lot of homeless people around the building and they come into the McDonald’s too. The tables don’t seem to get cleaned frequently either.

I’m sorry but I am never eating McDonald’s again after eating the hot honey chicken sandwich, I have an iron gut and my stomach couldn’t even handle the food. I can taste the kitchen in the bacon. I highly recommend not eating fast food though, this was horrible.

Honestly the worst restaurant service and time management. It’s always a mess at this location, there is no organization whatsoever ans the food always taste like they do not do proper cleaning. Expect to wait on your order for over 25 minutes. It was an interesting recorded call while not being placed on hold.

Service was terrible. Kiosk didn’t work so I ordered at the counter.
I ordered word for word how stated on menu but the cashier kept calling it something different with a different price. I showed her on menu with no resolution. I’m pretty sure I was charged too much but Printer was out of paper so no receipt. Also with no paper there were no order numbers. They would still call numbers but no one waiting knew there number since there wasn’t a receipt.
Food was ok but not great. Location was about the same. Not terrible but wouldn’t say clean either.

This McDonald’s which is surrounded by multiple hospitals and health care businesses can get very very very busy! And in spite of all that the extremely busy staff keeps it all together. I love this McDonald’s. I live close by and I’ve always been treated with awesome customer service no matter how busy it may be.
These one star reviews are laughable. If the drive thru line is wrapped around the bldg out to Walton Way, guess what? You’re going to be waiting awhile! If you want to add to your mobile order once you get there, guess what? You’re going to have to wait!
I gave up the drive thru here years ago. I order from the app in the parking then go in and get it. The staff always greets me. My order is always right. The food is always at correct temperature and my wait is usually right in line with how busy it is. Thanks all y’all!

So this makes three times that I am here in the morning (it’s now 7am) and the place is locked up tighter than a drum. This, despite the sign, shich indicates they are open at 5am.
Well, I used the in-app purchase feature for the first time and everything went well. No sooner did I walk in the door, my order was up on the board, so I settled in to wait. Almost immediately, my order was brought out and handed to me. That was great! Then I sat down in the dining room. That was a mistake. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since lunchtime. Also, the most distressing thing was the fact that there were probably 40 or 50 flies zipping around landing on me trying to get at my food. The staff here were seemingly unaware of the disgusting insects. I didn’t dare enter the restroom. No telling what I might have found. Even though it will be an inconvenience, I think I will bypass this location next time.
