The service was very slow, however the team members made the experience pleasant! The food was warm, not hot. The large drink was missing a decent amount of product when I received it. Having run my own McDonald’s restaurants I know how hard this can be. I will say the service lately has been better than previous experiences.

For a place with such a new, sleek look, you’d think they’d have their act more together. This was a hot mess. There were flies everywhere, and I had to wipe off our table. Several of the chairs were ripped – why in a new looking place? The staff was unhelpful and seemed put out by having to help anyone. They were constantly yelling order numbers. Guests were trying to use the kiosk, but there no table tent numbers, and you didn’t get a receipt.

The employee doesn’t understand the coupon of a free pie with a extra value meal. She wanted us to buy 2 extra value meals to get the pie. No other McDonald’s have had issue with this. The manager didn’t understand either. They finally relented but definitely we’re not nice to us because of it. We should have left the restaurant.
