Rude as ever!! Hateful to every single person that came into the drive through. I had an online order AT THIS MCDONALDS, she wanted to say I’m lying and there’s no way. I will not be back EVER! I’m not sure the name but a lot of people left due to this woman’s attitude in the drive through. Do not recommend. I understand bad days, but this was just plain being hateful and rude for no reason. Attached is the woman that is running away the customers with her awful attitude

Waited 20 mins for a curbside mobile order. Had to go inside and wait. When I finally got my order it was missing a sandwich and fries were cold. Got the missing one and “new” fries. Sandwich was wrong and pretty sure they were the same fries the employee took from me. Always something at this location. Never again. We will drive to another city if we want McDonald’s that bad.

Waited over 20 minutes with a small order, no straws, fries were only filled 1/2 way, they were cold and hard as a rock PLUS NO SALT!! this isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had, overall not a good place to go to you want good food and fast.

Nightshift is incompetent! I ordered a meal, they forgot the sauces, so I went in to get them. They told me I needed to pay for two sprites (I didn’t order sprites) after I already paid for my order. The cashier and manager were very rude and wanted to argue over drinks that I didn’t order. I just wanted sauce and they wanted to fight. I’ve never seen such ignorance in my life

Sat in the drive thru at 11:30 pm, says open until 2 am. I sit there 5 minutes after they told me they’d be right there. I ask if anyone is still there, she literally says that they are not taking orders at this time. Who is the manager? Who’s the owner? I mean this is not the 1st time either. Close it down, it’s barely running. I’m sure it was a blessing in disguise because I doubt anyone there can do anything as hard as making a hamburger at this place. Pretty shameful guys.

No one working front of store. Had a LOT of upset customers in the lobby. Food thrown together messy. Lack of employees & empathy. Waited 40 minutes for sausage biscuit & coffee. Drive thru had priority over inside customers. Will not return.

They stay busy so wait is longer then most fast food places. Two lane drive-thru which slows things down. We stopped ordering mcds thru doodash cos 75% of our orders were missing atleast one thing if not 2. The crew is good tho, they are sympathetic to the wait times and try to get your order asap.

Honestly, I wish I could have left a review without a star. This McDonald’s is the absolute worst! Every single time I come here it’s a long wait time. Came here at 4:00am two weekends ago and they told me they were out of food! As I was sitting here today , they asked me for my receipt to see what I had ordered because it wasn’t on the screen. And still gave me the wrong drinks. 10/10 do not recommend!

Kinda surprised myself for giving a 5 star. Not sure of they got new management or new staff or both but this location as stepped up its game and service and food has been amazing the past few times I’ve been. I quit going for months but will definitely be back if it’s going to be like this.

This has to be the poorest ran fastfood restaurant I’ve ever been to. I order through the app for a 10pc nugget meal. After taking the 5 minute ride. Had to wait 25 minutes in the lobby. It really takes that long for food that is already cooked?
