Went this morning for breakfast with the family. Play area hasn’t been cleaned for who knows how long. Tables were filthy still.. fries still on tables and the floors from day before. And this was at 10 this morning. Health inspector needs to pay a visit because this is disgusting!

Not often that I leave reviews, but I was pretty annoyed with the service. I ordered ahead through the app before I even left the house, got there, and was told that the grill was being cleaned. I said that’s fine — I’m perfectly okay with waiting. I parked and sat for 30 minutes until I noticed a few employees standing out front. I pulled back into the drive-through and sat for another 40 minutes, thinking, “Surely the grill is clean by now.”
After sitting at the menu for a while, I pulled up to the window. After another wait, I was finally able to speak to someone, and they told me they could no longer serve dinner because it was after 4 a.m., despite my order being placed over an hour earlier. The employee seemed annoyed that I had waited patiently and acted as if I was somehow to blame. They also made no attempt to make the situation better — no offer to swap my order for breakfast or anything else.
If it weren’t for that last interaction, I probably wouldn’t have left a review. I consider myself a patient person. My frustration isn’t because of the long wait, but because of the lack of care and service I received after waiting over an hour patiently.
So I’m sharing this to say a few things. Either post a notice or stop incoming mobile orders if you’re shut down from 3:00–4:10 a.m., or get two grills like most other restaurants so you can clean one while cooking on the other.
Finally, you’re losing business — and rightfully so. I saw around five or six cars either try to order or leave after getting tired of waiting for someone to take their order. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I’d advise others to think twice as well.

Asked for no middle bun and lite lettuce. Didn’t get either right.
Hamburger patties look like they were in the warmer too long. Maybe an 1/8 of an inch thick.

I came in and always asked for my order to be fresh. Which I’ve never had waited for 30 mins for chicken nuggets. Which I knew that they drop the old ones down. They was so hard to eat. Hopefully they can get it together

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves to be called out.
I placed a mobile order at the Ringgold, GA McDonald’s and waited over an hour sitting in the parking lot. I finally had to go inside just to get the food, and even then the order was still wrong — they left out my kids’ fries and the milk from their so-called Happy Meals.
Meanwhile, I had a birthday cake and ice cream melting in my car because of how long they made me wait. By the time I finally left, everything was ruined. That alone was enough to make anyone mad.
But the worst part?
The manager, Christina, was unbelievably rude when I called. No apology, no accountability, nothing. She claimed I couldn’t get a refund unless I came back within 24 hours — even though they never even gave me a receipt — and when I said I’d call corporate, she snapped back with “Good luck with that.”
That’s the kind of attitude customers are met with here.
This location wasted my time, ruined a birthday treat, messed up my order, and then treated me like I was the problem. Absolutely unacceptable.

The cashier at the window was very nice so thats’s the only good thing about my visit. I got a $6 McDouble meal and when I went to open my nuggets, I found whatever this disgusting liquid is inside of the box instead. I was trying to get food before work so I opened it in my vehicle and got this nasty stuff everywhere. The manager offered to replace the meal but it’s going to be a very long time before I go back here. How does this even happen

Great Playplace area! Good spot for kids of all ages. Open and clean dining area, bathrooms were clean and updated, and the food came fairly quick. The only downside was the food was cold (especially the fries). Employees were very kind and decently attentive. Looks like there is a family event coming up which is cool they are still focused on families.

This place is nasty, trash everywhere no napkins or straws in the dispensers.Order a kids meal you get a total of 6 fries. My mother order 2 cheeseburger meal. Cheeseburgers dry no onions, no pickles. Don’t try to order at the counter because they will just look at you then turn their back. Complete disaster. All the tables have trash on them.
