Have always been able to get a biscuit at 5:30 am. This morning I sat in the drive thru with no greeting, then finally pulled to the window. Finally woman comes to window to tell me they open at 6. The McDonald’s app says Varnell is open 24 hours! This location always just changes whatever they feel like, whenever they feel like it. Ridiculous!

went through drive thru just for a 20 piece chicken nugget and got home to the chicken being old (likely been sitting extended period of time)
called to let the manager know i was just there and let her know the nuggets are bad and seem to have been sitting out for a while. she didn’t seem to care and just said she will go look. didn’t offer to replace the 20 piece or anything. pretty pathetic.

I made an order on the mobile app and when I got there to get my food, they were closed, which should’ve been on The app that they were closed and also online. And this was at 8:30 so they should’ve been open. Took my money and wasn’t able to get any food by the time I tried to cancel the order. It was too late. The app was saying they was preparing my food.

Came through for lunch. Nobody was in the line. They had me pull forward to the curbside pickup spot for my order. Had to wait a while on my food. If the employees spent more time on customer service instead of hanging out smoking this wouldn’t happen.

We only ever get sweet tea and coffee here. It’s hit or miss on the tea, sometimes it’s old and nasty sometimes it’s too sweat other times it’s perfect, try it before you drive way to avoid any tea related accidents.

It is 12am there are 3 cars including me in drove thru we have all been sitting here 10 mins waiting to have order taken. Once I finally got to the order box it takes an additional 15 mins to them to take my order……(as I wait you can see people frustrated and leaving out of line in my pictures) guy at speaker box has me hold 3 additional times before taking my order. At this time I get out of my truck and look around cornor and there is no one else at the windows. Finally it took a total of 45 mins to get my order

Line was wrapped around the building. Thought it would be faster to go in. Wrong! Haha. Because all the messed up order in drive thru people was coming in and fixing orders. I had already ordered ahead of many drive thru people and people in the restaurant. 20 PC nugget and the new $5 meal with mcdouble small fry and 4 nuggets and a drink . It took me 19 mins to get my order…SEE PICS I was late for work because of it. I ask for a refund she said NO! It was being prepared. Then they didn’t know which mcdouble didn’t have onions so 3 different people opened it and looked then gave it to me. Well I tossed it out. Place pretty nasty. Nobody was wearing McDonald’s branded uniforms or shirts . Except the so called manager had a McDonald’s shirt on. Place needs help big time!!! BEWARE!

This one needs management. Its employees don’t have a clue what’s going on. And all the management did was stand and look confused. We went thru drive thru for a quick snack. Had to pull up to waiting spot 1. Then the guy brought a bag of food out to us that wasn’t ours then scrambled thru he bag to see if there was any fries we could have. We told him no. Then he went to the other cars beside us that was waiting same thing wasn’t there’s either. I ended up having to go in and get our food.
