A brief stop here for wifi and so I bought a Cheeseburger off the (no longer a) Dollar Menu and a bottle of water. I was able to find a clean enough table (two others needed trash removed) and there was a power outlet.

Breakfast to ease concert hangovers… just how I like it. And with my senior citizens discount coffee, I was ready to get the road trip home started! If the staff used less profanity within earshot, I would have gave the service a 5 star rating. We went through the drive through, so maybe they thought we couldn’t hear them… but respect and dignity is earned by doing the right thing, even when no one is looking, or listening. So get you some of that and you’ll get the 5 stars.

None of the local McDonald’s have shakes what is up?! Trying to get the kiddos a Grimace shake all week long. Didn’t happen. This one in particular will not even make your food as ordered. With the new kiosk ordering there is a serious lack on the production end. That causes a long wait for the food to be prepared. We only had 2 burgers and 2 drinks and waited 40 minutes. Our order was correct, however we saw at least 3 other people that had errors in their orders and one of those was twice. Those are problems that need to be corrected.

I ordered on the app, and when I pulled up, they told me they were closed. I repeatedly told them that I called on the app, and I didn’t understand why the app let me order if you guys were close. The lady that I kept speaking to just kept saying we were closed and pretty much refused to answer my question. When my question was answered I asked why was I able to order online if they are closed. Her answer was we don’t control the app. Then explained they opened in 10 minutes but the lady should’ve led with that. for example “Sorry we’re closed but we opened up at this time”. Or “I’m sorry but unfortunately we don’t control the app”.

Went thru drive thru ordered bacon mcgriddle and 2 sausage mcmuffin with egg. We got 3 sandwiches no egg. Did the egg guy call in sick? You had 1 job dude, you want more money but can’t manage a simple sandwich.
