Went here back on 10/11/25, I was in a wedding at the Civic Center. We decided to grab lunch from here, and I must say I was highly disappointed. .Especially that I’m a former McDonald’s employee (1989). I ordered the double cheeseburger meal, it was overcooked, patties were dry. The fries with no salt were good, it’s hard to mess them up. The drink stations was very dirty. There were some clean tables there also, which I pictured. Staff seemed pretty nice, and it was a little busy, but i expected better quality on the double cheeseburger, and they need to have someone constantly checking the drink stations.

Worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. Gave me wrong order twice. Then left part of my order out of bag they gave me. Terrible terrible service and attitude. Especially the little girl at the food part of drive thru. Go to another. Would give 0 stars if possible.

usually love this location, everything is always good until 8 pm. past 8 pm they do not put onions on ur burger or say anything customer service-y friendly. basically shove food at u and walk away before u can ask for sauce. again, love this place, would give 5 stars if i only came before 8…. but i get off late too. and i need food that tastes how it is supposed to. they throw extra pickles on as if that makes up for the onions. they are clearly annoyed they have to be there which girl, im annoyed the last 2 hrs of my job, but customers cant tell bc i have good customer service and work ethic. rly sick of not getting my onions and clearly being an inconvenience. yall need to either close at ten or keep ur line open till 11. aint no reason not to sell items to spec if ur restaurant is open. gross and unprofessional. again, day crew is great, and out of the mcd’s in athens and the area this is the best. still……. sick of not getting the item im paying for. yall plz do better. i wouldnt even leave a review like this but im rly RLY tired of expecting to eat the burger im used to after a long hard day at work and instead be given a cold shoulder and all the weird looking pickles.

They mass cook evey item they have on the menu. Getting a burger at 2pm? Yeah all those were cooked somewhere between 11am and 11:30. This place’s run by pure incompetence. I love when I’m out of town and can actually eat McDs.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. Just had to write a review to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else.
We went through the drive through around 8-8:20pm this evening and as the young lady at the window handed me my order, I noticed that instead of being given bottled water(Dasani) that I paid for, she was handing me a large soda cup filled with water. Still at the window with the water in my outstretched hand, I told her I paid to for bottled water and insisted that she gives me what I paid for. She stated that she could not take the cup of water back. I was totally dismayed at this ludicrous posture and acerbic tone. I stood my ground and insisted on what paid for. She went back in brought me the bottled water and stated that I was acting like A FOOL… no kidding! I could not believe that a frontline staff of an establishment like McDonad’s would treat a customer with so much disdain for insisting on getting what they ordered. I felt the need to report her conduct to her manager- Shay. Obviously, at this point, I was shocked and utterly disappointed. I explained what had transpired to Manager Shay- no apology offered, no empathy, zero attempts at service recovery. When I inquired of the staff’s name, I was told by the manager that she is a minor so he could not tell me her name.
Being a minor, is not an excuse to be nasty towards customers.This young lady’s attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Frankly, she really has no business in any service industry with her crappy attitude. Management tonight was also very sloppy. Shay needs to be retrained as he is exhibited such poor managerial skills. This experience has left a bad taste for in our mouths. Hopefully, these drive through customer care interactions are recorded. I’ll urge whoever is really in charge of this situation establishment review any recordings, if available for decisive action.

Food was cold no napkins, no condiments even though I ask for bbq sauce… I ask the lady with the bad acne in the drive thru for bbq sauce she said it was in the bag… No sauce in the bag. I ask her for ketchup and she threw it in my hand. Bad customer service. Will not be back…..

It’s been a week since I went to this location. The men’s toilet is still filthy. The same feces splattered on the toilet seat. The changing table is still has not been replaced and still not safe. The employees are very friendly but someone is not doing their job when it comes to cleaning and maintaining safety. I guess I should contact the headquarters but I really do not want to get the staff in trouble. I’ll try back a little later and if nothing has improved, then I’ll contact the headquarters.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru for 2 happy meals. THIRTYY FIVE MINUTES. This is not the first time. When we finally got our food it was cold. Always takes forever and every worker is always rude and miserable. Don’t go to this McDonald’s if you can help it
