Placed two separate orders tonight, got to the window the pay- the cashier gave me a receipt for the first order and once we paid for our second order (which was $45) we were told that the receipt machine would not print- okay fine. We get to the second window, we were handed the first order, then the second. We pulled out of the way to check our bag since we had a decent amount of food. Everything was fine with our first order: second order however, was missing 3 strawberry and cream pies. We ordered 6 total and there were only 3 in the bag. We drove straight back to the speaker and explained that we were missing 3 pies. We get to the second window again, and they proceed to tell us they can’t do anything without a receipt… ya know the one the first employee said he couldn’t give us because of the printer remember? Well then they proceed to say that the manager put the 6 pies in the bag. If I paid $45 for my food you think I’m just gonna lie about pies? After being told there was nothing they could do without a receipt and my husband raising his voice they finally gave us the food… that we PAID for- that was MISSING. Terrible service and we will not be back.i have never been deceitful, especially about a freaking pie.. just give me the food we paid for and go on about your night.

I asked for fresh chicken at the speaker and when I got to the second window I asked if she wanted me to park while I wait on the chicken, she hands me a bag and I asked if it was fresh chicken and her response was “I don’t know, I guess”. I pulled the chicken out and it was not fresh so I sat there and she just kept ignoring me while I was sitting there until she had to acknowledge me because the car behind me. She had her manager come over and he said it just came up about a minute ago, I was an assistant manager in the food industry long enough to know that the chicken was not fresh, it is old. I do not mind waiting but for her to ignore and act like I wasn’t there is stupid. Do not work here if you don’t want to be there, nobody asked you to work there. The worst service possible. I was being as polite as possible, and you had to give me an attitude which was uncalled for. She was a younger heavier set white female with long black hair.

I didn’t actually go into McDonald’s, I drove through their parking lot to get to the place next door. After finding out about what has been found in some of their meat places where they make the patties so to speak I will never eat at another McDonald’s. Do a deep dive and see what you find.

Friendly staff and even though I used the drive-thru they did get my order exactly right. I tend to not use drive-thru at most places because something tends to be missing from your order. But everytime I’ve eaten at this McDonald’s location they’ve gotten my order right everytime.

Place has turned into a dump. Got some tonight for the first time in awhile. (Kids wanted it) I knew it would be bad but gave it a chance. Big mistake food was disgusting and looked and tasted old kids wouldn’t even eat there happy meal because the cheese had turned orange and gotten hard. My wife called and the person on the phone was extremely rude and said it was our fault that it got cold on the way home mind we live about 6 mins from it and then continued to argue with my wife and then hung up. Very unprofessional and the food is not only priced higher than the other McDonalds but the customer service is terrible and the food is inedible. Will definitely not be back.

Just know that if you order on the app, they don’t make it until you arrive at the drive-thru. That means if you order breakfast on the app at home at 10:10 and get to drive thru at 10:30 (when they stop serving breakfast) they will cancel your breakfast order. Also if you want apple pie, don’t even bother. Every time I or my family have ordered them on the app, we are told at the restaurant that “Sorry we don’t have any ready and it’s a 20 min wait.” Never have I ordered from another restaurant with app and had any of these issues. What’s the point of the app if you don’t have it ready before arrival?

Halfway through order they disappeared. Come back to take new order and was rude the whole time. Gave us food with a frown never said one word and gave us 4 drinks with 3 straws. Sunday 8:30am October 12th 2025. Servers should always smile and greet the customers politely. Use manners “Welcome to McDonald’s how can I help you?”, thank you and your welcome. Leadership reflects to those that work for you and you should set the tone.

Whoever they made manager in the last few months, I would say the last 3 to 6 months sucks. I stopped by there last night around 8 o’clock place. My order was a fish sandwich combo. I asked them to put the sauce on the side because normally they add too much sauce to the sandwich And is oozing out the sides. I noticed that the rude girl that rang me up. Wouldn’t even let me finish what I was saying. She asked me if that’s it that’s it if that’s it said I said to her, I said, how do you normally charge for sauces that usually come on the sandwich and she’s like Didn’t say anything something rude didn’t even answer my question and I said I need to speak your manager she’s like my manager is the one that told me to do that I proceeded to just drive off because I didn’t want to get an altercation with this person, and I politely called corporate and talked to the young lady on the corporate answer like operator board She took my information she took where the store was and also told me that this would be handled so I told her I would not be back until this manager is no longer there and they hire some competent staff. It used to be a good McDonald’s and I used to love coming by. The food was always so hot and Fresh And the people there were very polite no longer.

Sandra was such a sweetheart! I came in and ordered a large to go order. Sandra saw everything that I had and helped me carry everything out to my truck. Very friendly staff compared to other locations nearby. Sabrina is another favorite! Her personality and enthusiasm every time I come in is infectious.

Was asked to pull up because they couldn’t make 4 icecreams the coffee I got wasn’t mixed with caramel I tasted like it was watered down the cookies were cold and hard. The icecream we finally got was half melted. Then I asked them to exchange the coffee for a sweet tea. Took to long so we left as the icecreams were melting even more. So we left with cold hard cookies no drink and melted icecream. Won’t be coming back. Photo off icecream when we first got it.
