They always screw up an order. I shouldn’t have to double check to make sure they are doing they’re jobs properly.
They leave food off the order and/or make it wrong. Tonight was both! Lucky me.
Edit: It gets better! Went up there so they could correct their mistake and they messed it up again. Have to get a manager to personally make em this time.

My daughter and I went in and ordered food for table service. It was never brought to the table. Instead it stood on the counter while the employees stood around talking about other things. There was one woman working and cleaning the dining room. Everybody else couldn’t be bothered to even acknowledge a person standing there. This place is hot garbage.

Avoided Hartwell McDonalds for months bc of the rude customer service. Thought I’d give it a try again this week. This morning I placed an online order, pulled up as usual to a parking spot to wait for coffee. The employee that brought out my coffees had a WOD OF TISSUE STICKING OUT OF HER NOSTRIL!!! How nasty and unsanitary. I won’t be back.

Fast food isn’t fast anymore. We didn’t order anything special a #2 and #5 breakfast and they made us pull up to the rail and there we waited more than 5 minutes for two hashbrowns.

My order was wrong at the drive-thru window. I ended up parking and going inside to reorder. They were out of what I ordered at the drive-thru, so I ordered something else. I spent 45 minutes at McDonald’s, after all was said and done. At least two others inside the restaurant were also experiencing problems with their orders. I will never go back to McDonald’s in Hartwell, ever — not that they need my business, based on the steady stream of traffic that flows through the drive-thru.

Whoever was taking orders for the drive thru tonight (10/05/25) at 9:15 pm should be changed to a different position. Worst customer service ive seen . Immediately rude and took longer to order than it would’ve for me to eat the food I ordered.

I went through the drive-through with two very hungry grandchildren. We were headed to the park. And thought McDonald’s would be a great place to grab dinner.
We pulled up to the speaker to order and no one said anything to us. It was a dual line. And three cars in the other line went before us before anybody said anything to us. I even said hello a couple of times with no acknowledgment.
Your menu had nothing on there describing any type of sale or meal deal. So we ordered a six piece chicken nugget à la cart with a Diet Pepsi and 2 kids boxes. As we were leaving the drive-through, there was a sign in the parking lot saying the 10pc was $6…nowhere did anyone inform me of that when asked if there was any type of sale.
When we got to the park there were literally 6 French fries in their box….6.
What a disappointment.

It seem as if the early morning crew’s specialty is serving the chicken patty for a crispy chicken biscuit from the night before. At some point that should change please . This is the 3rd time I’ve been served last nights chicken patty as today’s breakfast 10/28/2025
