I’m so done with this McDonald’s. The new staff is horrible. On the phone while taking my money in the drive-through. They had you the bag balled up. Lazy bad attitude ppl. PLEASE CHANGE THE STAFF. I ask for extra ketchup and they literally saturated the buns. The meat is red from ketchup. I don’t know if that’s a joke or stupidity either way why play with my food. Who raised these people.
Again, please please please change the night staff. This isn’t a one off but the 3rd or 4th time I’ve gotten food that I can barely eat. Please fix this because this isn’t Decatur. Fire the whole night shift.

I hate this location. Every time I try to give them another chance they play in my face. The last time I placed a mobile order their system was down and everyone kept ignoring the young boy at the window who was asking for help. Eventually the manager came and told me they couldn’t make my food because it wasn’t showing in their system despite the initial worker saying that his had been an ongoing issue with mobile orders all morning. I showed her the receipt on my phone and the money that was taken out of my account. She proceeded to advise me that I have to place mobile orders from the parking lot. This made absolutely no sense because it defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. She reluctantly had me pull up and when I received my order it was wrong…
Tonight I really wanted to try to buffalo ranch wrap after a 12 hour shift with no time to eat. Not only does the staff struggle to wrap a tortilla but they threw the buffalo ranch all over the tortilla. The entire wrap is covered in sauce you can see and feel it through the paper wrapping. Of course they couldn’t be bothered to give me any napkins in the bag. I threw it away. Get it together Bethlehem McDonalds.

Quality has drastically drop recently. I order a double cheeseburger and the second I got home to take a bite I noticed the burger was crooked and sloppy so I went to adjust it and found that one of their employees had taken a bite out of the patty. Thankfully I didn’t eat it right away.

I ordered food, not a mustard crime scene. Somehow my sandwich, wrappers, and bag were all baptized in mustard even though I never asked for ANY. I also got zero nuggy sauce… so I guess I was supposed to raw-dog plain nuggets? The fries had no salt, no flavor, no soul. The only thing that survived this experience was the sweet tea. This isn’t even my first bad visit here. I know it’s McDonald’s, but come on… at least pretend to care. Do better.

I order Uber Eats from this location and I will never order for here again. Half of my order was missing and my drink was half full. It took much longer than when I order from the Harbins road location. I have no idea why Uber Eats sent my order to this location. Never again. It’s fast food which was slow and missing items!!

There was a new employee. We were a group of elderly adults. He was courteous and efficient. If he had a question or needed help, there was someone right there to help him. He did a great job of filling our order, getting everything correct and we got very speedy service. Great experience.

My card was charged twice! I ordered on the mobile app and went to pick it up only to be told it was canceled. I never canceled it. The manager that night told me the money would be back on my card within 3 days and that has not happened ! I had to dispute it with my bank. I had to reorder the food and was given a discount but the previous charge was never refunded. If it was really canceled as they claimed the money should have been returned back to my account. It’s been 3 weeks!

Arrived late at night after a movie. Did not feel rushed. Manager on duty and cashier were very friendly and nice. Restaurant was clean. No rush to get us out of the restaurant even though it was close to closing. Food was typical for McDonald’s, but it was also hot and fresh. Great job!

Over the last 12 to 18 months, I’ve only gone to this location 5 to 7 times. The service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. In this time, not once has my order been correct the first time, and the employees and management appeared discussed with me for wanting what I paid for. On Sunday 9 Nov., the manager was extremely disrespectful and rude. I was angry and shocked by the personal and verbal attack (not physical). I’m still not sure how to go forward.
