Ordered a Big Mac, no lettuce/no onion, and keep everything else.
This is what I got.
No sauce ANYWHERE on the Big Mac (then why order a Big Mac? This is bs.) and literally the toppings I ordered not there, with toppings I asked to not he there are the ONLY ones remaining. This isn’t a simple ‘we forgot to take it off, whoops!’
They either gave me the wrong burger completely without checking, or really really mis-read their own order screen.
I’d say I’d give it 0 stars, but at least they remembered the no ice.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s in the area. They stopped taking orders at one of the two drive-through lanes, but did not block it off and had cars stacked up waiting to give orders, but the employee was not acknowledging them. Screwed up orders and had to talk to three different people in 10 minutes and the drive-through lane to get the order straightened out ( I thought). A bunch of incompetent staff running around clueless as to what they’re doing and cannot make a basic combo order that is on their menu board. Terrible service and a greasy, trashy parking lot and entrance. There is just as much oil and dirt on the ground at the front door as there is at the trash dumpster. Do not recommend and highly advise to avoid this McDonald’s. Since when does the sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin come without cheese. How is a mcchicken biscuit a sausage biscuit. And, when the sausage biscuit is finally replaced with the mcchicken biscuit, since when does the chicken come in the McGriddles instead of an actual biscuit? Terrible terrible terrible. Do not patronize the store.

Literally no matter what time of day you come to this McDonald’s and go to the drive-thru, you’re going to be sitting there for a long time. If you come any time after 10, they just wait for you to get fed up and leave. Last time I was there, I waited at the drive-thru by myself for 15 minutes with them fully being open. Lights on, cars in the parking lot. They just didn’t want to serve me. Obviously I left and went somewhere else. Easily the worst McDonald’s in Athens.

I ordered ubereats and ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle..with no bacon. I received a plain McGriddle with 2 pieces of bacon. No cheese. No sausage. No egg. Idk what they’re doing in the kitchen but yall need to hire other people obviously if they can’t cook a simple McGriddle

If you have the time go to a different Mcdonald’s in the area go there. Everytime I order here it’s like the employees want to spite me for a being a customer. When I order a burger with extra onions they give me a comically small amount (i’m talking 6 pieces of the finely finely chopped onions). This morning me and my gf came in and all me ordered was one biscuit. The line was really long in the drive through and we ordered breakfast online so we went inside. We waited at the counter for like 7 minutes to be told we couldn’t get the biscuit we ordered 20 minutes ago because they were out of breakfast. And the lady had one hell of an attitude. I know McDonald’s is known for being bad this one extra sucks trust me. Go somewhere else. It’s taken many bad orders for me to get to the point of making a mcdonald’s review.

This mcdonald’s was one of the best mcdonald’s I have gone to. The wait was long but the service made up for it. Lady on the mic was super nice and the guy who gave us our food was cracking jokes, super pleasant!

Went through the drive thru with my partner. No biggie, just a typical Friday night. Ordered 8 cheeseburgers and ice waters. Guy taking our order made a comment about it that was not necessary. It made us feel insulted. Thanks a lot.

Worst experience ever. My husband got there after we made an online order just to be told the food wasn’t ready because we hadn’t paid. Even though the money had been taken out of my account. We had to wait even longer for them to figure all of that out. When we finally got our food it was cold, stale, and sloppy. My burger was hardly put together, not even in a wrapper just tossed in the bag, there was a random sauce all over all the contents in the bag. No happy at all.
