Placed mobile order for curbside pickup. Initial order brought out was incorrect. After waiting 20 minutes for correct order, went inside and asked for the status. The lady at the register asked for my order and then handed me a bag. No “sorry for the delay” or anything. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. Worst McDonald’s experience in almost 50 years of eating at the chain. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT; anything else will be better.

DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALDS. I simply order a Big Mac and they didn’t put the right patty. They put a sausage patty in my Big Mac instead and my girlfriend found a piece of plastic in her McChicken. This is unprofessional. The employees look like they don’t want to work and their enthusiasm says it all. I repeat DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALDS. The one in Prince Avenue will actually take your order right and will talk to you like a real customer.

This one is usually on top of things. They almost always get our order right which is good for a family of five. The store is clean and most times the service is professional. I decided not to eat there since I could NOT see the person serving my food at the present window with the amount of grease covering the glass. If the window was that dirty I couldn’t imagine how they treat their kitchen. I paid for 2 breakfast burritos and they asked me to wait in the waiting parking lot… No Thanks! The gentleman at the drive-thru around 6:30am is always friendly always smiling. Makes you feel welcome. There’s a front manager who is always professional and always greet me. Good customer service is hard to find in fast food. Especially at a McDonald’s. But this morning team has it down packed! Great job to you guys!

Racism at its finest. I’m white, I walked in , like always seven people standing around and nobody working the counter. I started ordering food on the kiosk. After entering my order and getting ready to pay with a credit card. Seven Black people walk in. One of the people that was standing in the back, walked up, opened up the counter for them, then proceeded to shut down the kiosk that I was paying for my meal !!! So even though I was there first, this black girl decided that the other seven people should go ahead of me apparently because I’m white and I can wait! Like I said, typical racist employees.
