This McDonald’s feels like a new concept, mainly set up for mobile orders and drive-thru. There is dine-in, but it’s minimal and the employees don’t seem focused on it at all. No one at the counter, only kiosks. Waited 20+ minutes for one meal. Staff finally showed up, seemed overwhelmed, and was rude. No soda machines or refills, which is lame. Not what I expected from a brand-new McDonald’s.

I’ll be surprised if this location makes it. It seems like an experiment gone wrong. The inside dining experience is unpleasant and the drive-thru is incredibly slow. I can’t imagine many people continuing to wait like this when there is another McDonald’s 2 mi down the road. They regularly get my order wrong and I think today will be the last time I’m here. I’ve been waiting for almost 10 minutes on fries…

So I’ve given this particular location 3 tries at this order (and tell me if this is just too confusing) but I ordered this verbatim “2 Sausage & Egg McMuffins with no sausage, just the egg and cheese.” And now for the third straight time they’ve given me an english muffin with cheese and nothing else. It’s sad when you have to drive past 2 different McDonalds to get to the one that’ll get your order right.

Honestly, the employees at this location are as many other reviewers have expressed: completely inept at their job. Every time we order, if customizations on burgers are requested, they are never followed, The weight is extremely long, staff do not know what to do when you arrive at the window, they can’t tell if you have received all of your food or if they are missing items, the weight is long, and disorganized. For the longest, I just assumed that it was opening jitters. I understand that the location is newer, so I figured that the staff must still be in transition. By now, however, this is the culture of this location. Awful service and persistently incorrect orders.

Food was good. Service sucked, no one greeted you or even acknowledged you. Took 10 mins to get a drink. The lady in all black seemed annoyed and was rude I asked for a bag for my food. Music was way too loud. All I heard were ppl in the back laughing and talking. Have fun sure but be decent to customers. I feel the customer service here was extremely low.

My daughter ordered $25 worth of cheeseburgers and asked for only ketchup and cheese. When she got home(less than 2 miles away) she found an extreme amount of onions on the burgers. She decided no big deal I’ll just scrape them off the until she took a bite and tasted onions in between the patties. She calls up there and so did I, numerous times and not only did they answer but hung up on us. Repeatedly. Then they stopped answering all together. We spend a lot of money there but after tonight we won’t. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Y’ALL NEED TO DO BETTER!! She’s a single mom who works very hard for her money and this kind of behavior disgusts me.

Terrible place. NOT fast…and it’s a fast food restaurant?!?!? Very rude staff. Awful customer service. Look at the reviews! 2.8 stars!!!! Go down the road 2 miles to the MUCH better one! Inside of the restaurant is a joke…nowhere to get your drink!! I’m spreading the word around to NEVER go to this one…go to Oakwood!!!!

Stopped by for lunch and had an excellent experience. The drive-thru was fast and efficient, and my food came out hot and fresh. The Quarter Pounder I ordered was one of the best I’ve ever had from McDonald’s. I’ll definitely be returning
