Terrible experience at McDonald’s Cornelia.
I placed order #945 and paid at 29.01.2026 01:07 PM using the self-service kiosk. After that, I waited around 30 minutes, but my order was never handed out.
When I asked the staff where my order was, they told me that there was no such order and started questioning me:
• whether I really paid,
• where I placed the order,
• what exactly was in the order.
For about 10 minutes, multiple employees tried to find my order, but failed. Eventually, one of the employees told me that I should pay for the order again.
I showed them the transaction in my online banking app proving that the order was paid for, but they still did not believe me. Different employees kept coming up, clearly confused about what was going on, and it felt like they were treating me as if I was trying to scam them.
On top of that, employees took my phone with greasy hands without my permission, walked around the kitchen with it, and showed it to other employees. This behavior was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unacceptable.
What makes this even worse is that my order was shown on the screen as “being prepared”, but the employees could not see it on their system.
In the end, the employee created a duplicate order without charging me again, and it was prepared in about 5 minutes. However, when I checked the bag, the burger was missing.
After that, the employee checked my order inside the bag with bare hands, without gloves, confirmed that the burger was missing, and instead of remaking the order, simply handed me a separate burger.
It is important to note that it was my son’s birthday, and I expected to get my order quickly, not waste 35 minutes arguing and proving that I had already paid.
This level of service is embarrassing for McDonald’s as a company. Complete disorganization, lack of trust toward the customer, and basic food safety concerns. I do not want to come back here again.

Spent $12 on a limited time meal just to have my burger fallen completely apart, at least I got an extra treat in the burger A RANDOM PERSONS HAIR. luckily before I even took the first bite I noticed the treat. Absolutely disgusting, these workers need to be trained in a manner which teaches them to prepare food for each customer the way they would expect their food to be served. As they are the ones getting paid, and the customers are the ones paying the restaurant buying the food. It’s ridiculous #dobetter.

My husband went back to McDonald’s tonight, to pick up an order that was messed up a few days ago. Needless to say they messed up another order the four piece chicken nugget had only one nugget in the box. I guess the other three were ghost nuggets you had one job!

Please hire some adults. You wait at least 20 minutes at the drive-thru. Chicken sandwich so overcooked it was like shoe leather. How hard is it to remember to place napkins in the bag? Takes some lessons from the McDonald’s in Lavonia, please.

This is a joke of an establishment. I understand getting an order wrong that you customize on the app but, I ordered a mcchicken and I added cheese, bacon, and tomato.. so, they forgot the tomato.. naturally but, it had cheese and bacon… get this… without a chicken patty. Yup. This is how we got it and when we got home we tried calling and the line won’t let you call. I’m still currently trying. Now how on earth you forget the patty.. it feels like I need to look up and see if I’m a prank show… nothing yet!! Brain dead workers who looked like they was in a bad mood anyways. 0 stars all day!!!

Don’t dare try to call. No one picks up. I had a problem with my order (Mobile Order) but once at home several things were missing. Tried calling for days… Long story short, my Bank reversed the charges. I’ve never had any problems with this branch up until a few years ago. that’s why I’m giving 3 stars. This franchise has always been top tier.

It was super busy when I came in for a few things at lunch today 9/6 but they ensured that I was assisted fully and all other customers were helped as well! The gentleman working even checked for specific toys I was looking for and was able to get them for me. I appreciate all their hard work.

Went through drive thru and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a small fry, we was told there still waiting on the food and pulled us up. We was parked for ten minutes before we walked in to get the food. Now I’m pretty sure the double cheeseburgers from McDonald’s is the heart beat of “fast food” this McDonald’s needs to get it’s act together!!!!???
