Horrible. I ordered a burger. Finally get home to find a mcchicken. Every time I give this store another chance. They screw up. Not again. Even had to pull forward and wait for the wrong food. When I finally discovered the issue. I called the store and phone us disconnected. They need to close!

Order was placed inside the restaurant. The food was served in a bag, as there were no trays available. Unfortunately, the order was incomplete — the vanilla shake, Quarter Pounder, and milk for a child were missing. There were not many customers at the time, so this was unexpected.

I ordered a large carryout order which I picked up in drive thru. I was handed a thin bag full of burgers and fries. At other McDonald’s in the area they use heavy duty bags and pack the food. I asked for a better bag and was told they didn’t have any. We’ll the bag ripped and spilled items on the floor of my car. Next time either double the bags or use two bags!

I placed my order at 12:14pm. It is now 12:37pm and I am still in line in the drive-thru, we have only moved two car lengths.
This is absurd. Longest I’ve ever waited anywhere for fast food.

Awful service took 3 people to figure out that we ordered drinks and they were still wrong. The food was awful both burger were completely burnt and just filled to the max with ketchup, fries were stale. Place needs to either be shut down or all new staff need to be brought in.

Only 2 maybe 3 people came through the line while I waited. Took 10 mins of sitting after ordering, a girl came and asked about my order. 10 more minutes and she brought the food and was still wrong. Parked and walked it and took 5 for minutes to make 2 plain big macs. Kitchen staff goofing off and complaining except maybe 1 of the 3 guys cooking.

The last two times I ordered, they got my food wrong. This time, they pulled me up for one mcmuffin. I waited until I couldn’t wait anymore. I went inside and no one would look at me. When one person finally did, I told them to give the mcmuffin to someone else, since I couldn’t wait for them to make it anymore. I left without my food or a refund.

This McDonald’s has great breakfast there always hot and fresh. The coffee is jut or miss depending on who’s working that day. While some make the coffee sweet creamy the way I like others tend to make the coffee seemingly with out any sweetness at all leaving the coffee bitter and needing doctoring.

Had to give them 2 stars went in drive tru just ordered a quarter ponder and was told to wait in parking spot and all the spots were full when did it go from fast food to wait for over 10 min
