Almost every time I order a I iced coffee here they want to put all cream and no coffee, you can’t even taste the coffee in it. I have started to complain about it and yesterday the manager was extremely rude and basically told me I was going to get it however it was made whether I liked it or not, I would expect better customer service from a manager. She was very imperfessional, you can tell she doesn’t care about the business or customers.

Ordered off uber eats,waiting on a hour for my food to come out,never got it went thru 4 uber drivers ,waiting on the food,called talk to Brandon. the so called manager,who could care less,service is bad,the manager was unprofessional, he could’ve cared less.An said I can’t do nothing, never goin back to this McDonald’s again,he really ruined my experience..he wasn’t helpful at all.update this week,just did another breakfast order,I received my order this time,didn’t get my sauce I paid for,no napkins, no straws,lol McDonald’s just can’t get it right,especially this one,that was my last time….

I come through a lot at this location and tonight I ordered the new chicken sandwich with the jalapeño crisps and asked for extra mayo and lettuce and it was exactly how I wanted when I got home, hot fresh and delicious! I have been to other locations and this one is the absolute best yet!

Upon my wonderful visit to this Mickys Dee’s of the mountains i was greeted with friendly efficient staff who served me my drive thru grub wonderfully. I always save the apples for last as they are a spledid appetite cleanser and palate reset. My apples were straight water shots- with no flavor or even a hint of sweetness. i finished them but to much disappointment. I do enjoy the McTripsy Trips.

My husband placed an online order for me to pick up, and when I arrived at the drive thru (only car in the line) I was greeted by a woman who had an attitude. I was told it was card only and I expressed I had an online order, the worker sighed into the mic and very rudely told me to pull to the first window. When I got to the window the lady who greeted me on the headset rolled her eyes and told me a drink I ordered wasn’t available and said “what do you want? You want a fruit punch?” When I said yes she got mad and muttered “of course” before slamming the window to go talk to her friend. The lady at the second window was very friendly at least. Then when I got to see my order, all the toppings we asked to be removed on our burger were put onto it, and the fries were ice cold. I have no idea if this was an off day or what, but I felt very unwelcome and disappointed.

They always ask about using the app, so I got it to use the rewards and maybe skip the drive through line. This is my third time using the app. We did curbside each time and the last 2 times my bf had to walk inside because they weren’t coming after 20 minutes for one meal. Today, I ordered fries and a sweet tea. Guy came out saying sorry there was a wait on the fries. That tells me that they were making new ones so I was fine until I realized they were cold and hard. Not fully filled up either. Also didn’t get my sauce. And he had to go back inside to get my drink. I don’t understand why you don’t know how to utilize the app if you’re made to ask about it every time in the drive through. After this I’m going to start going in and complaining because once or twice I can look past as maybe an off day or a mistake, but if it’s every time I’ve ordered, this is an issue with training or management. I’m not sending anything else to any link either, that’s the point of writing reviews. You can see my comment if you want. Or you can see me when I come in next time. Idc

If I could, I would leave no stars. McDonald’s has really gone down hill. I ordered on the app to save time. When I got home, I noticed that they forgot one of my fries, and the other two that I actually got are less than 1/4 full!! Look at my included pics! There is literally less than one small fry between the medium and large that I ordered! This is SO RIDICULOUS!

Will not ever go back to this location again. There was a dead roach in my sweet tea. The sweet tea was not sweet, not good, and a murky color. Too bad can’t rate this place zero stars. Considering filing a formal complaint to the corporate of this establishment.
