I was waiting at drive through @ 1800 on 02/14/2026 to give my order but no one answer me for about 15 min. I move my vehicle and found there was a young male employee inside of the casher window. He could not even see me because he was watching at his cellphone so badly. I opened my window and asked him for a ice-cream. He angrily saw me and covered his microphone. Then he told me No. He just was back to his cellphone and I left with horrible experience.

I don’t think it’s 10:50 pm and you close at 12 am and I made an order to pick up on my phone and they had to give me an apple pie and they didn’t want to deliver it simply because the managers who are there didn’t want to put it in the oven, the cooking of the foot only lasts 12 minutes and I even offered to buy 6 extra feet as long as they put it in the oven and even so they didn’t want to.
I just got the surprise that they removed the stitches from my foot that they didn’t give me, it doesn’t seem fair to me how they are working at this McDonald’s, I really don’t recommend it at all.

Went in for breakfast this A.M. was going to use the mobile app due to points expiring was told I couldnt change the meat option. I proceeded to order 2 SEC Biscuit and a Large Sweet Tea paid for my order. Got back to my destination only to found out I was rung up for 2 BEC Biscuits after my brother bit into his biscuit. I went back to the location to get it corrected. There was another cashier that was there I explained to her the issue she went to the young lady that was working drive thru, who originally took my order on front cash, who walks over to the front counter with a spicy attitude going back and front with me about my order. Like I didnt know what I ordered. I had to explain to this young woman I dont eat mcd bacon (its not crispy ever, always seems under cooked) she finally rerung (which wasnt a problem) and fixed my order after giving me lip. No one wants to argue at 8am. Just fix it and move along! Always check your order before leaving and dont take any lip off anyone when your paying your hard earned money!! I will not be going back anytime soon.

Had the worst experience with a light skin Manager young man very rude and nonchalant!!! First of all it took him forever to give us our food and when he did we asked for a cup for Water and he walked away and turned his back to me and my friend we asked again and he slowly walked towards us with an attitude and gave us a baby cup and was like shaking his head so we argued back n forth and I asked where was the manager and he said he was I said you needed some home training or needed to go home because he looked like he was high on drugs or hung over this is one of the Worst McDonalds in Gwinnett. I will never go there again so sad

Hello I don’t usually make reviews but I have to when it comes to this McDonald! It was so dirty and hot here. NO AC. theres a dead roach no one wants to pick up and a restroom so dirty ! The AC looks like it has MOLD ALL OVER IT. AND ITS IN THE PLAY AREA . PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!!!

I’ve worked fast food long enough to know when people are just trying to best their drive thru time and that’s exactly what this location does. I ordered online so it would be an advance order. It’s a cheeseburger and chicken nuggets ! I get there , get to the window. No greeting, no confirming my order , just a rude “pull into the second space” my response being “how long is the wait and what am I waiting on” the employees response is “i don’t know”?????? Like what are we doing here. 10

The lady at the window with full-faced makeup was rude, zero customer service whatsoever. I said thanks when she handed me my drink, she ignored me. Which then, I had to take my food without saying thanks and I hate that!

Ugh, this place was honestly the worst. The manager was super rude, zero manners. Made me wait forever and then bluntly told me I could just cancel my order online because it would “take time.” Like… what? I literally came to pick up my order after 10 minutes — it was just a burger and fries
McDonald’s seriously needs to rethink their whole vibe. The experience is so nerve-wracking it’s not even funny. Maybe they should just stick to the real estate part at this point, because the food service side is clearly not it. ♀️
