Unfortunately, it was noticed too late when my whole family had ingested the majority of the food. Two of my kids were sick from it. I haven’t been able to go back and report this to the manager yet. I wanted to say the details. I pulled up to wait for chicken strips and not sure if they were cooked well but judging by thie burgers I am concerned. Then this guy shoves the bag into my window in a not so happy way and didn’t say anything. So that was already a customer service issue. Then, I get all the way home to find raw meat in my sandwiches.

Exactly why I never eat here. Paperwork towels for toilet paper, paper towels overflowing in the bathrooms. I’d rather pay to eat somewhere that it’s clean.

Came here tonight to get food since I got home late and got me and my wife both a meal we got home and started eating and lo and behold a COCKROACH LEG!! Took More than 20 minutes to be able to order my food from drive thru when they finally take my order i order 2 of the number 5 on the menu screen and 2 strawberry and cream pie and when we pull to the window to pay and receive the food we look at the bag and there was no pies and when we ask the employee she told us we didn’t pay and check our receipt and they didn’t put it in our order and we drive off to eat our food and it was the wrong order. I was totally dissapointed because customer service was really rude to us and after waiting more than 20 minutes in the drive thru the employee try yo rush us to place our order. Pretty bad customer service as it happen today of 02/202026 around 5:20 am

Was ignored by staff for 15 mins til I had to flag someone down. Asked what was going on with the order I was supposed to pick up as I’ve been waiting a while. They told me they didn’t have it. Complete waste of my time and the staff have zero awareness for customers standing right in front of the pick up counter.

i visited and ordered monopoly menu specifically because my brother wanted to participate in the monopoly event.
however, despite the fact that i ordered 3 monopoly menu, they didn’t give me any peel off and it seemed that they replaced the box.
( i ordered 10 pcs mc nuggets bc it was included in the monopoly menu but they gave me 6 pcs nugget + 4 pcs nugget which did not have the peel off card )
