I would love to be able to actually eat here when I get off of work. Hours extended to midnight, but never fails for them to be “closed” by 11. Doesn’t make sense and should’ve just kept the closing time at 11. Am I missing something?

never fails to have terrible customer service along with not having apple pies towards night time but all of a sudden have them the next day. are you out or are you just too lazy to heat sum up? my fries was undercooked while some was way overcooked. bunch of entitled kids running it during night shift. they always have attitude. but ofc corporate won’t do anything about this and they won’t care about my review. usually don’t leave one but jesus christ. how complicated does one have to make fast food?

It’s very bad. There is only half of the large French fries. The chicken in the chicken sandwich is very old, and the beef in the hamburger smells like it’s bad.

Terrible food they don’t even cook quarters meat cook to order they cook like 5 of them and put them in the cabinet very dry and nasty will never be back. Blairsville ga is always 10 times better.

Food was great. Angie I think her name is, she was very rude. i specifically ask for the same thing everytime when it comes to my drink but this lady was super rude about fixing it. then after telling me to pull up, she yells out the window multiple times telling me that i need to find somewhere to park becasue trailer is blocking window. cant park a trailer anywhere without taking up several spots.. which i did because she continued. she was incredibly rude. cant believe that lady a manager.

Absolutely slowest McDonalds on the planet. Everytime I attempt to go the line takes a minimum of 30 minutes, then I pay and have to wait longer. I recommend trying Dairy Queen or Burger King for much faster service and hotter food! Also, the order is typically wrong as in this case ordered unsweetened tea and they gave me sweet tea. Avoid this location at all costs!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service and food came through the drive through while their not busy and they not only was rude taking my order they also messed up my food twice on a simple sandwich I am normally not one to complain but it’s almost every time I go through here I asked them to remake my food including fries seeing as they were ice cold and she just dropped old fries back into the oil they tast horrible couldn’t even eat them do better McDonalds

I really enjoy coming here for my lunch break almost every day I work. However, the service I receive during late night lunch breaks (8-10PM) is ridiculous. Just the night I am writing this, I parked and went to head inside to find the door is locked, I didn’t think much of it because they could be understaffed, but people were still going through the drive thru, so I placed a mobile order and got in line, got to the speaker relatively quick, and was told it would be a minute. I ended up sitting at the second speaker for 30 minutes, on top of watching 6 other customers be catered to at the other speaker, I finally pulled up to the first window myself and tried explaining why I pulled up without ordering and why I was upset, employee just brushed it off, didn’t say a single thing to me but “are you the mobile order?” So I just said yes and pulled up to the next window, got my food quick, and parked back at where I work, only to discover I received someone else’s food. So on top of not receiving my food, the person behind me probably ended up getting my cold food that was sitting ready for 30 minutes. I typically don’t like to complain since I know working with the public is hard, and I’ve met a lot of great people here, but this was ridiculous.

Absolutely a waste of time and money. Takes a 10 minute wait after you get to the window, 5 cars get helped behind you and your order is still wrong. Would give zero stars but Google wont let me.

Jenny is always very helpful and courteous. She makes sure that everything is done correctly and accurately every time I visit the Blue Ridge location. It’s nice to receive the high level of customer service that she provides and expects from her staff. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer is satisfied. I know this is the reason I continue to frequently visit. Thank you Jenny for making my visits pleasurable!!
