I placed my order through the drive through and the lady who took my order was very kind and patient, After my order was placed and I pulled up to the second window and the employee with black hair, she was pale and had braces as extremely kind to me and even double checked to make sure my order was correct! Not to mention I only waited 2 mins after placing my order to get my food at a fairly busy time! Good job McDonalds!

This is the worst McDonald I’ve been to in a while! I asked for extra pickles, onions, and ketchup, and it’s like they put less! They were not nice and didn’t seem to care about the customers!

We went through the drive through around 1 pm on Sunday. One child wanted a cheeseburger happy meal ketchup only and we paid for an extra order of apple slices with one happy meal. The apples were left out and we asked the cashier and he said I don’t know I didn’t bag it. The person bagging said I didn’t know they wanted even though it was clearly on the order. We started to pull away and I said let’s check the cheeseburger. It had the sticker indicating it was only ketchup but was fully dressed. Because we had started pulling away I took it inside. There is only one cash register inside so it was difficult getting anyone to even acknowledge me or fix the issue. The cashier addressed me and took the burger back to the kitchen and then went to clean the dining room. I as left there for 10 minutes. I finally grabbed someone’s attention bagging orders and they said I had to wait behind every order they had to get my corrected cheeseburger. Finally they handed me one. We decided to check it before we left and it had no meat in the burger. My daughter took it back to the counter and was rudely asked what do you want now. She opened the bun and said the burger. Someone behind the person helping us mocked her and said the burger. This is clearly not McDonald’s standards. I worked for McDonald’s in my teenage years and there were high expectations. It was a great place for young people to learn respect and how to perform quality work. There were enough people working but they were disorganized with no leadership available and had I don’t care attitudes. I guarantee if they were out with their families spending hard earned money they would not put up with this service. I had to rate this 1 star for the review, but this was not even 1 star service

Not only are the kiosks terrible to order from, the people working at the Blairsville shop don’t give a crap about the customers! They would look at you and look away instead of helping you. Went across to Burger King, 1000x better. Hope i never have to go to this place again!!!

Terrible experience. The “manager” Jessica said we couldn’t eat in the lobby because it was closed. See photos of food on floors and tables. Turns out she just didn’t want us there because we had a dog. We told her she was a registered service dog and she still didn’t care. It’s very upsetting to have my kids have to witness this. She said there were signs posted that said the dining was closed. See photos nothing shown. Got a refund and asked for corporate number…thebnumber she gave us wasn’t even the right number. Absolutley terrible experience.

What a great McDonald’s. Ordered at counter and the woman was so lovely. Ordered some desserts afterwards and she could not be more apologetic that the ice cream cone was slightly imperfect (when are they perfect?!) Being made to feel so welcome in a chain fast food restaurant is a rarity but on this occasion it happened. I hope this McDonald’s values its staff as it is not always like this everywhere !

Sometimes you don’t get the best, do to sercomstances, I made a online app order last night, around 9:35pm, said they close at midnight, after waiting in parking lot for the app to say food ready, it never went past “prepping order” on the app, finally went to drive through, outside lane and nobody ever answered, I watched as 3 other customers were taken at inside lane before I finally pulled to window, $18.00 order, girl with strange colored hair and piercings said that the other lane goes to different headset and nobody must not be responding to it…ok, sent me to other window after not knowing what was up, now we’re at 30 mins plus, and I used app to be quicker, the food, not only was wrong, but the pics speak for themselves, never had a big Mac that my dog would not eat, must have got it from the claims bucket or trash, my deluxe chicken sandwich was hard as rock and no deluxe, and fries limp and soggy, my double fish sandwich was so old and hard, and only a single, all I can say is wow, not only gross, but dangerous, if food is no between 40 and 140 degrees, it’s absolutely not supposed to be served, all food items should not have been served, wow

Guy at the window in drive through working on 9/6/2025 around 9:30pm was high out of his mind and rude! Kept calling my husband a women while we were trying to order and then when we asked him to hold on a minute he said ok have a goodnight and was completely rude. Then we went to pay and tried lying to us that our card was denied when we know for a fact it didn’t deny and wanted another card. Then we got told we had to wait on food because it was cooking and took 15 minutes after that. Then only gave us 1 sauce on a large 4pc chicken strip meal. Worst service every and the kid at the drive through window shouldn’t be working under the influence.
