went by and got my great grandma a filet-o-fish meal with extra TARTER sauce and they gave me mac sauce, ketchup, and mustard. I never once said ANYTHING about those sauces other than the tarter sauce. and they forgot our dipping sauce for the nuggets. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION… AT ALL.

Ate here while passing thru town. This was the BEST McDonald’s I’ve ever had in my life. Everything was perfect. Burger was fresh and tasted straight off the grill, bun toasted perfectly, fries seasoned just right and hot. Chicken nuggets were great also. Service was excellent too!

This McDonald’s is a gem in the middle of Gainesville always was these days it looks like a piece of cold sit in the middle of what has actually become my home. This McDonald’s was pretty good before I’ve watched this McDonald’s go downhill they are slow they will not hurry for nothing it doesn’t matter if they are busy or if they’re not they’re only going to get it done so fast hence the name fast food. Furthermore on a particular occasion and this has happened more than once for a $4.27 Oreo McFlurry to be left off my order and it happened more than one time this particular time I went back to get my Oreo McFlurry that I no longer have the receipt for but the receipt ended up not being the problem the problem was because it had been more than a couple of days since I’ve been there she wasn’t going to replace it she said if it was today or yesterday then I could do it but since it’s 3 days agoI won’t replace it I proceeded to call corporate and left him a message and talk about this this is ridiculous there was plenty of stuff wrong on my order that I didn’t say one word about I just wanted to know at this point I have stock in McDonald’s coffee and flurry’s

Sitting in the drive thru for about 40 mins as I’m typing this. Got here at 10:35 pm. Still haven’t got my food yet and I can’t leave the line since I’m trapped in it. This is actually insane. I see multiple workers thru the window walking to the back and texting on their phones. Finally, getting my food at 11:24 and I see my fries were just dumped in to the bag. This has to be a joke.

This place is horrible and always been such a disappointment for a while now literally do not bother getting in line unless you wanna wait 30-40 min for trash food . The service is horrible and the food is horrible. Your better off taking your business to cook out next door or going to the McDonald’s in oakwood where the service is actually wayyy better and faster !
