McDonald’s is a terrible place. I ordered four chicken nuggets and a double burger and they only gave me three chicken nuggets and one sauce packet and I have a picture and I have a receipt oh and the people there they are messy and they are real and they are mean, and sometimes they fries be still and uncooked

This location had been updated several times in the last decade. Since covid era the drive through stays slammed. Inside dining is never over crowded and the eating area is clean. The staff has always been friendly and my orders have been correct.

The morning crew is great – they always get orders correct. That being said- afternoons are terrible- I can’t remember the last time order completely correct – most times we just take whatever we get – this is the 3rd afternoon visit for drinks only that were incorrect! But today we sat in drive thru line 20 minutes for drinks only – first they had the Oder wrong and had to retake order – 2 teas, one unsweet and one half & half – then moved on to pickup window to set the majority of the time trying to get correct tea orders. Tea returned 3 times at the window to ultimately having to go inside to get an unsweet tea. This was just over the top!

This is tha slowest “fast” food joint in the USA. I door dash for extra cash and every time I get an order (especially at evening time) I end up waiting an hour at least or longer to pick anything up. It wouldn’t be so bad if I dashed by time instead of per offer. But I waste to much time waiting when I should be making money. This has been occurring for a long time. I’ve picked up countless orders here and am really getting tired of this lousy service! Yall need to tighten up bad. Incompetent people. Sounds mean but it’s the truth. Waiting over an hour for 5 bucks is trash!

We ordered a really simple order. Vanilla ice cream in a cup and some chocolate chip cookies. It took the boy about 5 minutes to bring our change back because he completely forgot he owed us change. He was caught up talking and we literally had to flag down a girl to go get him. He apologized and said that he had forgot. When we got to the window the manager was up front and we let the girl know that we ordered ice cream in a cup. Not the cup that’s pictured but one of those little clear plastic cups. So I think the girl was going to change it to that, but when the manager came over she literally handed the girl a small cup and put the ice cream in it. She looked at us and said is this okay as she forced it into my mother’s hand. Then she grabbed these cold hard cookies and gave them to us. I’ve had better service here before but today was not one of those days. Unfortunately, for them I just started leaving reviews and they caught the worst end of the stick. At least the ice cream machine was working.

Who don’t love McDonald’s although we know it’s not good for us sometimes we just want something fast to eat, I tell myself every time this will be the last time I come because I know it’s not good for me but it’s hard to get enough of their chicken nuggets the service is good sometimes, and then there’s the other days where I don’t feel welcome to even come through the drive-thru! Sometimes I asked for ketchup and I never get it but I always forgive them and go back again I hope you have a better experience than mine God bless!

Stopped in to pick up breakfast for my family today (5-12-19) while visiting in Vidalia Georgia. Friendly staff. The gentleman who appeared to be in charge was very cordial and considerate.He was very energetic. He went to great effort to compliment his staff and to help out however he could. This was a busy morning, but my order was completed quickly and correctly. Also some interesting light fixtures.
It is worth going there just to observe this manager interacting with staff and customers. I don’t know his name as I didn’t see his name badge but he has a voluminous head of hair under a hair net.
I look forward to going again should I have an opportunity.

After 20 min to get to the order intercom i try to order the smoothies and of course the machines are down. There is no way everyday for the year it can be down so i settle for what my child want then have to wait another 20 min. Mcdonald’s has lost its edge and a customer.
