We waited in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes and our order was not taken. The first 5 minutes we were acknowledged occasionally and told “please hold I’ll be with you in just a minute” but for the next 10 minutes we weren’t acknowledged a single time. We ended up leaving the drive-thru line and completely leaving this McDonald’s.

This is the only McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to where the staff is absolutely delightful. They are trained very well in customer service and ended each encounter with “See you tomorrow!” The 4 stars reflect the cost of fast food now. Otherwise, this is a 5 star staff

I don’t understand how a location can run so poorly, I would say that about 80% of my orders from this location have been wrong, items missing, wrong items, customizations not being followed and horrible customer service. Easily the worst McDonald’s location i have ever been to.

Had the most amazing experience! Even though the restaurant was super busy and seemed short-staffed, Tabatha was absolutely incredible, moving quickly, staying positive, and keeping everything running smoothly. Her energy and attitude made all the difference!

So thankful for my delicious caramel iced coffee. I did not realize I could get it decal but the young lady at the register called me back into the store and said she would make it for me as decaf! And it was delicious. The customer after me got a regular caramel iced coffee and she had to come back into the restaurant and tell them how good it was. So good to have personal service at McDonald’s!

by far the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. The workers don’t even acknowledge you. They look dingy and miserable at life. It’s pathetic that People were running your business into the ground like nothing is going on. I went to the bathroom and had to wipe my feet when I left out of the place. Do better.

I ordered a hamburger kids meal, they gave me chicken nuggets. I wanted milk with the kids meal, they gave me a cup for a drink then charged me for an upsize that I didn’t order. They basically gave me what they wanted me to have not what I ordered.
