The server today was very nice, the food was fresh, it was perfect burger and store in clean the fries is very fresh. Fast service and parking is easy and convenient. I always come this location becuase it is spacious and friendly crew.

I came January 4, 2026 at 3:28 AM just for a young girl to first act like I wasn’t at the drive-through then it took for me to say hello for the third time. I was sitting there just for her to acknowledge me to speak fast and state that basically they’re not taking our orders nor making orders until 4 AM to transition over to breakfast. It does not take 30 minutes to transition over to breakfast when y’all can transition over from breakfast to lunch within a second you drop things there’s no possible way it’s gonna take you 30 minutes and I placed an online order so they knew I was on the way already and she basically stated you can just cancel your order so you telling me y’all don’t have no fries Drop y’all just stop making food a whole 30 some minutes early when I say people really don’t work nowadays they really don’t work nowadays they get these late night shifts just to playoff like McDonald’s at this location really need to make some changes for real, especially when people pay their money and now I gotta go into an app to figure out how to cancel my order when y’all could’ve just said y’all was closed then on the app since you wanna act close when people pull up to the Mic through drive-through

So why are the employees saying the machine is down when it’s clearly not? Seems to me like they are being lazy.

If you’re craving ice cream once the night shift clocks in forget about it. Night shift clocks in and they take that ice cream machine out of service. Im not exaggerating Ive tested it. Multiple days I’ve gone before the night shift and i get my ice cream. After they clock in they say it’s inoperative. So you’re telling me you’re going multiple days with an inoperative machine that provides an item from your menu? Mmmm sounds to me like y’all lazy.

Mandy was absolutely wonderful! She greeted me with a big smile and was so friendly and patient while taking my order. She made sure everything was correct and even double-checked that I had all my sauces and napkins before I left. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely enjoys their job and treats every customer with kindness, but Mandy definitely does. She made my quick stop at McDonald’s feel like a pleasant experience. Great customer service goes a long way — thank you, Mandy!

My experience was so horrible and unprofessional with this lady name Brittney in drive thru. She’s a short black female….. She rushed me while ordering and kept asking…. Is that all??? What happened to suggested selling??? She asked us if the order was right on the screen. So we told her no… Why did she yell at us!!! Told us to give the screen time to load .. or some bs…. I pulled off and went straight inside. As I was coming in she was coming out …. She had to smoke a cigarette. Ispoke to the manager and they helped me out with my order. I got the quarter pounder meal for lunch and wanted to to upgrade my beverage to their new Chips Ahoy Frappe. Unfortunately the machine was down and the girl at the window informed me that the machine had been broken for a while because it is too old.
The baffling part is that several McDonalds restaurants are also saying their machines are also down. How can this really be the case? All at the same time?
My food was room temperature. The fries had been mixed-some that had already been there with some that had been there even longer, they had different textures. The lid for the salt must have fallen off the fries were so salty.
Customer service could have also been better. In a time where money is tight, we can spend it somewhere else.

The customer service was extremely disappointing. I asked for sauces at least three times—twice I was completely ignored, and when I finally waited to ask again, I was still given the wrong ones. This was a very simple request that should have been handled correctly. 02/21/26

I went to this location 1/15/26 @ 340pm to get a quick lunch a guy took my order no name tag look like he was a manger when the guy gave me my change he told me he didn’t have change to give me so when I ask for refund and I will go to another mcdonald’s he got bother by me asking for my money back he then pulled some money out of his own pocket then had a disrespectful conversation about me as a customer to another manager a young black lady with light brown box braids no one wore name tags when my food came .. I felt so disgusted I just ask for my money back again and left and went to another mcdonald’s.. cause it was yo much at that moment I will not be returning
