Ordered a soda and fries… so I thought it would get some fresh fries and a delicious soda. I got a wet no carbonation soda and not cooked all the way fries. I then had to tell the front desk clerk and he informed me of the self serve sodmachine. So I guess that

Remember to downlaod and order the food on the McDonald’s app because there are always deals and you can also earn points for every meal. I have ordered many times in this store and my favorite burger is Filet O Fish burger.

Do not expect ANY customer service at this location. The employees ignore customers standing at the front counter (one just needed a straw because they were out by the fountain machine and he waited 6 mins). The tables, floor, and bathroom are dirty (makes me believe the kitchen is dirty as well). The employees are on their phones instead of doing their jobs. A customer kindly asked for a manager to resolve an issue and the employees didn’t even know who the manager on duty was. Choose a different location for better service.

Got there at 0515 (5:15 AM) Drive up lights and menu on, inside lights on, parking lot with cars, no one taking your order. No one can be seen inside, drove to the 2nd window. Still no one around. Drive around, back through the drive up twice, still nonthing. Hours on the windows show they “OPEN” at 5am About to leave, male employee drove up. I drove over to him, was going to ask him about their hours, he was reeking of Pot. If this is the type of employees they allow to work here, one’s who can’t do their jobs by taking orders at the drive through, and allowing their employees to work under the influence, this is not the place you want to eat at.

Stopped in via the drive thru and ordered a # 3 (Double Quarter Pounder Meal) and #1 (Big Mac Meal with no onions) got my order and went home. My husbands #3 was raw in the middle and the #1 had onions. I called multiple times and was hung up on and sent to the fax and then they just let the phone ring non stop without answering it.

Called to request the store number of this location. An associate interrogated me as to why I wanted the number, even though it is public knowledge. He asked if I had a bad experience. I replied yes. He asked what happened. I asked if the store number was confidential or if there was some reason he was refusing to give me this simple info. He did not answer. He did not refer me to a supervisor or manager. He HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. Rude and unprofessional as expected. Customer service has been contacted.

Good fast and fresh. I’m only giving 4 stars because they forgot my daughters salsa for her breakfast burrito. So we had to turn back, and I went inside to get it. No biggie, but it does waste time when things are forgotten. However, I know mistakes happen. I would go back, but I suggest checking your bags before leaving this drive thur.
