I came after my daughter got out of school around 5 from literally across the street . This how they gave me my nuggets for my kid .. Why bite it and put it in the box ..On top of that the girl on the headset attitude was extremely nasty and then me sitting at the window hearing her talk about the next customer ordering . It was very distasteful. Y’all need to just shut the building down and make space for something else . Or hire a more professional team . I get it’s McDonald’s but come on yall got to do better .

Waited 23 minutes in line for a mobile order. This is what I got for my large fries. If I wasn’t already tired and aggravated from waiting for so long, I would have gone in to have them replace them. I’ve had to have this happen multiple times at this McDonald’s. I don’t know what it is, but somehow the amount of fries that go into a large are only a medium sized amount. This continues to happen at this location. I don’t know if you guys can’t afford to supply yourself with french fries, and then sell a full large fry at the listed price….but this is really getting to be a miserable experience. This is an interstate accessible McDonald’s. There’s no excuse to not have the ability to operate without having a line wrapped around the building for 23 minutes. When I pulled up, there was no one ordering at the speakers. It was only people trapped waiting to pay or being parked by the window staff. Maybe you can pay your people enough to care about the job they’re going? Aaaaaaand what is supposed to be my Diet Coke taste like cherry, flavored soda of some sort like Dr Pepper or Mr. Pibb whatever McDonald’s version of that yuck is… Super happy to find that out while driving down the road…. This really sucks.

In a world where we are quick to point out the negative and break our necks to leave bad reviews. I wanted to take a brief moment to point out the good that people still do. This morning I went to McDonald’s and placed a big order for a meeting we were having this morning. I’m talking about like 20 to 40 biscuits and hashbrowns. The person taking my order was Alisha (sorry if spelled wrong). She didn’t look disappointed or upset as I thought she might, given my pervious encounters with so many less caring associates at McDonald’s. She took my order and proceeded to get everything together, remaining extremely pleasant the entire time (again not use to that from this place). I didn’t even realize she was the manager but given how she preformed, I now understand why she is. It’s professional, pleasant and accommodating individuals like her that will keep me coming back. If you’re reading this review and you shop here. Take a moment and tell her she is doing an amazing job.

just shut this location down! Does this store not have district managers? How are they able to stay open the worst customer service I have ever received from a slim woman tattoos on her neck with chiklet veneers at the front window oh girl, clearly hit rock bottom. Extremely terrible people working there!!! I also work in fast food. I have never treated anyone like this in my life. There has to be standards to uphold, regardless of where you work! A job is a job and these people don’t value their positions. There’s a mix between young sassy workers and old veterans that clearly got a degree in poor etiquette at attitude college! how do you mess up an order of fries? I don’t eat anything else from McDonald’s, but fries and sweet tea After waiting in the drive-through for 27 minutes; The workers had the nerve to get attitudes.

The manager was working at the window tonight and he was extremely rude. I ordered the frozen cherry Fanta with my meal (which is an up charge) and when I got to the window to receive my food, he told me they were out. I stated that I wish they had told me when I was placing my order so that I could choose something different and he said they had just found out and already had another drink ready for me. My barbecue sauce was not in the bag, so I asked him for some and he had the audacity to argue with me about whether or not it was in the bag instead of just passing it to me with no fuss. I told him that I had no reason to lie, and he was so rude about it. I even offered the bag for him to check. On top of that, I only received three nuggets in my four count order so the service was just all around bad and the manager did nothing to make it better.

This location is in a very busy and high-traffic area, and businesses here should be held to a higher standard of service. Unfortunately, my recent experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and work ethic from some of the staff.
My order was already prepared and sitting behind the counter in plain view. When I asked the employee about it, she said they were still waiting on it, even though it was clearly right there. She then walked away to talk to someone else and ignored me when I tried to point out that the order was ready. I ultimately had to ask another employee who was cleaning tables to help me retrieve my order so I could leave.
Situations like this reflect very poorly on the business. Staff members who show this level of disregard for customers and their responsibilities should not be representing a business in such a prime location. Management seriously needs to address this, and if certain employees cannot respect their work or customers, they should not be working there.

I went through the drive thru this morning at 640am and I was the only car in the line. I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit and the service was quick but when I got to work 6 miles away, I took the biscuit out to eat it before I went in to work and there was only egg on the biscuit. I didn’t have time to drive back unfortunately so I had to just eat it like it was. I cant believe they didn’t notice the ONLY order they had wasn’t right.
You have to focus on your customer ladies and gentleman! No exceptions to that rule!
I will check my order before I leave the window if I dine there at all!
