If I didnt want toppings on my burger, I would’ve asked for that. For me, the toppings make the taste pop. My burger didnt have any toppings except for mustard and ketchup. I ordered a quarter pounder w cheese , small fry and lemonade. Sandwich was horrible and wasnt completely done. I gave my food to my dog, and grabbed something else to eat.. do better! Side note, I went around 9:50pm , It was no line and no need to rush!

Imagine sitting in line at McDonald’s waiting for food with only 3 cars in the drive thru. Even after waiting like 10 mins at the drive thru, they gave me my biscuit and I still had to wait on hash browns. (Myself and the other 2 vehicles in line with me.) So they tell me to park. Then a female pulled up as if that was her McDonalds, and started talking to me about where I was parked in front of the restaurant. I told her if I didn’t have to wait in my food, I wouldn’t be parked here. She wasn’t even in the click yet, but she wanna be parking enforcement instead of tryna get me my food after being there at that point for about 14 mins. I went back around the drive thru and requested a refund. The big dude manager told the chick what I said while I was still at the window. Very unprofessional. All that and being there that long had me late for work when I would’ve been on time had they not wasted so much of my time @6:30am on a Sunday morning.

Food was hot and fresh. The manager on duty is friendly and nice. Highly recommend this location. Only one issue was this young lady working front counter cashier was not friendly and had no customer service skills this was at 11:30am today she is very rude and rolls her eyes at customers she doesn’t wear a name tag.

This McDonald’s at Highway 138 and 279 continues to deliver one of the worst fast-food experiences in the area.

The cashier couldn’t get my rewards code to work after two different codes and multiple attempts and offered no solution. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with NO cheese, clearly stated it, and even reminded the employee at the window. My burger still came out with cheese.

I also asked for barbecue sauce and was never told they didn’t have any. The Happy Meal didn’t include a toy either.

To top it off, I had to pull forward to wait for the order. When they brought it out, it was raining and the bag was completely soaked and tore apart. No extra bag, no attempt to protect the food, nothing.

Between the incorrect order, missing items, poor communication, and lack of basic customer care, this location seriously needs better management and training.

Tonight was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a McDonald’s location. What should have been a simple 5–10 minute transaction turned into a 40-minute ordeal.
There was no one at the front register, forcing customers to use the self-service kiosks. Several of the screens were dirty and unresponsive, making it difficult to complete an order. When I asked an employee for assistance, I was told to move to another kiosk—only to encounter the same issue, despite the coupon already being loaded. The machine simply did not work.
I then approached the manager, Tramal, for help. Unfortunately, he was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional, especially for someone in a management role. As a former manager myself, I found his lack of accountability and customer care unacceptable.
We requested fresh fish and fresh fries, fully understanding that it would require additional wait time. However, due to the already excessive delay and the fact that I was headed to work, we could not continue waiting—especially when it appeared the food being served was not fresh to begin with. Had I not been on a time constraint, I would have returned the meal and requested compensation for wasting money on food that was not desirable.
I am requesting a response from higher management. If this experience reflects your standard operating protocol, I will be escalating this matter to corporate.

Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes waiting for my order. I was asked to park and wait for them to bring it out. I waited and waited. I had to go inside to ask what was going on. The staff showed little to interest. Just got a full refund and left. I understand this is fast food and these ppl don’t care. Always bad customer service at this location.

You always have my caramel frappes when everyone else’s location refuses to clean the machine so we can get our McCafe. Lol. That young man name Richard who worked the overnight shift last night was very polite and patient with me. As a matter of fact, your entire night crew gave real good customer service! I was very impressed and it felt good to see that. Whomever performs your recruitment, did a good job on those picks! That’s why I choose to buy my food here over all other locations in the area!

Slow service, but the food is good. They got my order right every time I went, the only thing is it is NOT FAST at all. If you don’t mind waiting then it’s good. My food was usually always fresh and hot. The lady who gave me my food was also very nice.
