So I went to the McDonald’s on Highway 85 to get the four dollar App exclusive meal. The girl at the drive-through told me I had to have the sausage egg McMuffin and take the sausage off. I explained to her that there is the egg McMuffin on the meal. I had to drive Passed my house going back the other way to go to the McDonald’s on Riverdale Road. Shout out to the morning team that’s there this morning on January 25, 2026.. Y’all truly made my morning and got me the meal that I wanted thank y’all so much!!!

Place the curbside order pick up almost 30 minutes later after checking in no one has came out. I get out the car go inside. Everyone’s having a great old time in the cook aera nobody working front line. Are we not working? Where is the customer service? It’s ridiculous this location needs a new set of managers and employees clear house!!!

The young female manager needs to have more training with professionalism with customers! Smoking at the front door entrance is disgusting and nasty! The lady in purple by passed the restroom without washing her hands! The food was trash a negative-1000, unappealing and thrown together! I asked for extra pickles got possible two! My food wasn’t hot or made fresh!

I stopped by this location as I was heading home. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal large with a coke and 4 chocolate chip cookies. Yes, the people were friendly and the wait was quick but the food wasn’t fresh at all. The cookies were hard and stuff together, you could tell they were re heated just to say they were warm. The fries were cold and I couldn’t eat the burger. If I’m paying you my money I expected good food! If you’re unhappy with your job you should be employed there. Y’all need training on good customer service and how to provide quality and fresh food to your customers.

First I want to say the girl working driver thru handing out food today stout 1:30 had the best customer service I don’t know her name she has a face tattoo was wonderful tried telling the manager he was like I’m to busy to talk to you then I get home none of my sandwich’s had cheese no mustard only katchup I called no answer bread was hard very hard meat was tough this was horrible I spent so much money on a very bad meal I can’t even eat I’m pregnant scared I’ll get sick I hope my kids don’t get sick

Sunday night me five 14 teen yrs was celebrating son birthday. We left six flags late and decided to just get McDonald’s on the way home. I had to drop these kids off so they can get ready for school the next day. So pull in the drive thru. No rush at all. So we finally get to the mic the woman get on there . And tell us to hold on , so we waited until she was ready. She got back on and said they short staffed cool. She asked for my order. I said 4 $5 dollar meals. I asked could you just put them in separate bags cause boys are all going to different houses. So a man got on the mic and said , im no slave out of nowhere, and repeat it several times. Me and the boys was caught of guard. The lady also said you heard what he said and asked do I still want the order. I said yes we been waiting for a while. So I proceed to pull around to the first window. She was terrible to us. I asked was that the police just you are short staffed. She slam the window door in my face. The kids notice and asked why is she being so mean to us. I told them she don’t suppose to act like that to customer. So came back asked do I still want the order. So I asked for a manger ! No one never showed up. Im puzzle about what’s going on. We pull up to the next window to get the food. I notice a man came to the window and I heard his voice. I asked was he the manager. He said yes and asked did she say he is was not a slave. He said yes! I told him yes shouldn’t say stuff like that. I have young men in the car that I’m trying to teach the right way. He start going off telling we better leave. When a couple the boys notice he had gun on his hip. Lifting his shirt up just where we can see it. He shouldn’t never be working this job on 3rd shift. If he can’t handle it and a manager on top of it. I been trying to find to GM i been calling no answer. I know first shift the bosses be in. I work first. This was Sunday. The parents are saying press charges on him. And the woman should be fired also

We requested the upstairs area for a retirement celebration. It was just what we needed. The staff helped us decorate. Our waitress was patient and accommodating. The food was terrific! We enjoyed every moment. Lots of laughs.
