I fully understand it is Mcdonald’s however when ordering the VALUE meal….its typically for the price and convenience. Total with tax was $5.51. Gave her $6. Change given back was $.35! Thats incorrect math, your receipt shows you! Also, as seen i request Barbecue, got Sweet N Sour and only 4.5 nuggets! Our society is so sad

My husband ordered one big mac two hamburgers, two cheese burgers , three fries, and two milkshakes for us. When he arrived one of the hamburgers had a bite taken out of it ,this hamburger was for a toddler….Then we realized that half of the food wasn’t even in the bag in the first place . We called the restaurant back and they told us that “ain’t nobody took a bite out of your burger “ then told us to come back with the receipt keep in mind the kids were hungry and passed dinner and it was close to time for bed . Customer service was horrible, and rude . She had an attitude as soon as she picked up the phone

HORRIBLE! Went last night they had the worst attitudes ever , tried again today waited way over 10 mins I paid for something separately and they lost the receipt and I had too pay again. They threw the fish sandwich on the bread any kind of way took it back waited forever for them to remake , the remake smelled so bad to the point i couldn’t even eat it, the cheese on the burger had hair on it missing the bacon I paid for and all the fried were horrible like they hadn’t changed the grease in forever goes for the nuggets as well the pies were not the the tea was gross, it made me vomit none stop overall the worst experience ever with McDonald’s will not be back !

I went to this McDonald’s around 1:20 AM (Oct 25,2025) with my two cousins two woman were on the clock today one was light skin petite and had two braids while the other was light skin, heavy set and wore glasses. They close at 2:00 AM, so we went through the drive-thru for a quick late-night meal. From the start, the attitude from the worker was completely uncalled for.
I politely told her we had three separate orders and even said “no thank you” when she asked about rewards. I was calm and respectful the entire time. She immediately said, “We can only take two orders,” but the tone she used was rude and dismissive not customer-friendly at all.
I tried to be understanding and said, “That’s fine, I’ll just circle back around for the third order.” Instead of just letting us do that, she went on mute, then came back with even more attitude saying we still couldn’t because she’d “know it’s us.” Like what? That made no sense, and it honestly felt like she just didn’t want to help.
There was zero reason for that kind of tone or behavior especially when the customer is being polite. I said “have a good night” and left, but the whole experience left a bad taste. If you don’t like dealing with people, maybe don’t work in customer service. The attitude alone deserves no stars. I will be reaching out to corporate. Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a steak and cheese bagel, but was given bacon and cheese instead. When I informed the manager, she asked if she could just “add the steak on top” — absolutely not, especially since I do not eat pork. That alone showed a lack of care and attention.
I also ordered a bacon and cheese McGriddle meal for my daughter, and the sandwich came with a tiny piece of bacon you could barely see. To make matters worse, there were no hash browns included in the meal.
The customer service was horrible, and the staff showed little concern for correcting their mistakes or providing quality service. This is extremely disappointing, especially for a morning order when accuracy and courtesy matter most.
I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and customer experience at this location.

Ordered a mobile order of a double cheeseburger with extra diced onions, light pickle, as well as a McChicken with extra mayonnaise. Call restaurant after finding out burger had no onions, but the rest was correct. Come back, pickup and find out after leaving another time, no pickle, no mustard, and the onions are all over the packaging, sloppy and not convenient to eat, which is what McDonald’s promise, convenience and today was rather inconvenient. Didn’t bother going back just gave it to a homeless person at that point at the corner.

THIS TAKES THE CAKE!! Special sauce instead of 4 nuggets in my kids happy meal. I’ve tried calling the store maybe 30 times in the last hour. No one answers! I usually ALWAYS check the bags but, never thought to look inside her 4 piece nugget box. How much do you want to bet this was a dipping dish for an employee eating in the back where drive through orders are being packaged. I’m SO GROSSED OUT but, my poor kid is still hungry

There are McDonalds on every street corner, but this is the only one that has the great vibes, energy, and spirit that Deandre gives whenever you pull into the drive thru. I work an overnight warehouse job and McDonalds is usually the only thing open around the time I get off. That unaccomplished feeling I have after those 6 hours of grueling work, is washed away every morning by his pippy attitude. I wish nothing but the best for that kind-spirited and lively young man!

I went through the drive-thru, my first red flag should have been when two people came on their intercom and asked me for my rewards number twice. So I pay and drive up to receive my food and they tell me that I need to pull up and that someone will bring my food out. I pulled up and I had to wait at least 8 or more minutes before I walked into the store to retrieve my food. Apparently they forgot that they told me to pull up. This was not the first time this had happened to me at this establishment. At least the first time I got an apology the second time they didn’t even apologize to me for them forgetting about me, and then they’re using tons of profanity in the store in front of customers. When I get home, my food looks a hot mess. There is tartar sauce all on inside my box like it’s not even appealing to want to eat it. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this particular McDonald’s on Jonesboro Road next to the Walgreens.
