I was there yesterday and saw a dead baby roach on the table I went in again this morning and saw the same dead baby roach on the table (meaning they didn’t clean any tables from yesterday to today). They closed their lobby because of flooding in their bathrooms and instead of having a clear unobstructed sign the manager was back there yelling about how she “couldn’t have people in there”.
My food always takes 10-30 minutes to get to me and it’s almost always messed up. Like today I ordered the same breakfast sandwiches I get whenever I go in the morning and instead of a round egg they put a folded egg on it. I order what I order because I don’t like the folded eggs. And instead of asking me if they could give me something different they packed it up in a bag and told me I couldn’t be in there. Mind you they didn’t say anything about giving me something I didn’t purchase.
Almost everyone managers included have horrible attitudes until the big bosses are there. They argue with customers and all. Costumer service training needs to be had there. If they hate their jobs they need to act like it’s the best place on earth until they go home.
I gave him 4 ⭐ because the manager was so awesome at understanding. The atmosphere was absolutely stunning, I loved the new look!
I have not returned to this location for several months, after building up some points at other locations I was hungry and did not have a lot of time and as my points for about to expire I was forced to use this location again. Since this location seems to be built in a dead zone and considering the fact I use their mobile app, the meal and charge was duplicated. Since then I’ve been forced to run around in circles with the manager telling me that she could not refund me and I had to go through the app, but the app’s customer service insist that they cannot help and I have to go through the store. It has been 4 days of customer service lines and emails. For the love of God if you have a few dollars go to this location if you must but do not use their mobile app especially don’t use it here. One of the two of them are lying or maybe both of them and this run around is designed to make you give up. I had to go through a dispute with the bank because of this location. Please save yourself some frustration and go somewhere else. I posted a picture of the email telling me that the store has to process the refunds themselves. Since the manager apparently doesn’t know this I thought I would post the pictures so she could see it, if you’re attempting to get a refund from her and she tells you to go through the app use this review and that picture save yourself some time.
Update: several months later, I find myself with no other option but mcdonald’s, so I return here despite the fact I almost know they’re going to screw up my order or be incredibly rude and disrespectful. They were out of every soda and would not wait on me to call
And check on what drink my friend wanted. I selected two teas, but after reaching my partner, she wanted a lemonade. Upon getting to the window, I was met with screaming and anger As I asked for a lemonade. Unaware of any charge but especially feeling, I should not be charged.And being forced to get one of two drink options, i pushed back on her saying that it wasn’t my fault that they had no soda. The manager stuck her head out the window and began screaming that it wasn’t their fault.And it was my fault for not ordering the correct drink and to leave them alone. Long story short, unless you have no other choice.Do not come to this mcdonald’s you would just leave pissed off and without your food in most cases. That manager needs to learn how to start at a two instead of a nine, or she shouldn’t be surprised when the next person curses her out. Rest assured. I will not be back unless I have no other option. And the day better options arrive, I will be happy to never return to this location again.
I had no other option or had to come back because it was the only place on my route home. But of course, their entire system was down. So they could take no orders. And they were all in the dining room just playing around. At this point I wonder why this place is even open, or why are they continuing to be “open” they’re playing around in the dining room?
