They forgot about mw. I waited for 45 mins. When they finally figured out I was forgotten she went to get my food and forgot half Mt order. My steak beagles were burnt and stiff, my mcgriddles were soggy, my burritos had clearly been microwaved to reheat them and she acted like it wasn’t a big deal. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement. I wish I had just asked for a refund.

We arrived 30 minutes before closing, but they refused to take our order. Instead of informing customers properly, the employees hid behind the counter and pretended no one was there. I wonder if their managers are aware of this behavior. And this is happening 2 times. No more third time never go there again never .

I would have given a 0 if I can. I ordered 3 10 pieces of chicken nuggets meals. They only gave me 2 of the meals. They did give me the drinks, but missing 10 pieces of chicken nuggets. I tried to call them and no one picked up the phone. If you ever order here, make sure they give you everything you have ordered. They didn’t give me napkins! Make sure asking for napkins.

Just sat in the drive thru and watched them take 4 other cars orders from lane 1. Not taking any orders in lane 2. Called them while in the drive through asking if lane 2 was closed. Was told oh she must not know you are there I will tell her. And they still took 2 more orders from lane 1 before taking mine. The cashier never said a word when I pulled up to pay, no I’m sorry …nothing. Do better people! And this is the quality of workers wanting $20.00 an hour. SMH

Traveling on the road sometimes entails using the bathroom before going to to place your order. BATHROOM CLOSED! Screw you McDonald’s. I ended up at Love’s that always has bathrooms open as well as delicious Godfather’s personal pizza.

Not sure if it’s short of stuff or what, the serving was super slow.

We ordered from the machine, but didn’t get a receipt with order number, we grabed the number and put on table but no one send yhe order to the table. Instead they r calling the order number at cashier desk while we didn’t even know our order number.

We placed a second order with just one coffee, waited 30 mins and still not ready, so we had to go tobthe cashier and check again, and it turns out they have not even started making it. and when we finally got it, it was a wrong coffee.

also, the burger is more salty compare to other McDonalds.

And there were a few other customer complaining about the speed or missing/wrong items.

And it wasn’t super busy whem all these happened.

The only pro side is they have a kids playground so the kinds won’t feel boring when waiting.

The worst experience I have ever had at any McDonald’s restaurant. We ordered one fish sandwich and one happy meal. We waited on our order for 25 minutes!! Then they gave me a double fish sandwich “because of our long wait” and then took the double fish back and gave me a regular one! Sooo disappointed….will never return!!!!

Food took over 20 min. Missing an entire meal when ready.

Asked for two water cups. Rang up $1.79 bottles water. I asked again for two water cups not bottle water. Rang up $1.79 cups for water. I stated I was not going to pay for a water cup. Cashier stated the small water cups are no charge. I agreed and asked for whatever size cups I need for two free waters.

Receipt still showed a $1.79 water cup. Received $2 cash refund from register.
