I visited this location a few days ago and ordered 2 McDouble Meal Deals and 1 McChicken Meal Deal for some workers I had at my home. We were on a tight schedule, so I was trying to grab food quickly without slowing production down.
Before leaving, I specifically asked the employee if the hot mustard was in the bag. I was met with a stare and a head nod, as if I was asking an unnecessary question. Unfortunately, when I got back and handed out the meals, there was no hot mustard included.
To make matters worse, both McDoubles were made incorrectly. They had mayo, lettuce, and tomato on them. That was definitely a surprise, and one of the workers is allergic to tomatoes. Thankfully, we caught it before he ate it.
Mistakes happen, but when a customer takes the time to double-check an order, especially regarding condiments or ingredients, it shouldn’t be brushed off. Accuracy and a better customer interaction would go a long way.

The staff are rude and do not put the customer first. The managers are no help and the crew workers are even worse . I wouldn’t recommmend coming here. I’ve came here my whole life and never had such sorry service . The machines are broken drinks never full . Please send them help

So , I just got a drink form here not too long ago because the drink i ordered was horrible. I come back now they took the drink down . If I just mentioned I had to throw my drink away why do I have to come up here and pay for another one this is what happens when you have children running an establishment

Today this afternoon I did a Uber eats delivery. My nuggets was missing but they gave me my sauce.
My burger did not have my extra topping and did not have any pickles and it was nasty and tasted old. Please McDonald on Hwy 85 do better. SMH

Make sure not to go late, even 45 minutes before close they will shut all the lights off except for the kitchen and hide themselves away from the windows. Tough luck if you placed a mobile order and already paid before you got there.

When I arrived I was told they did not have drinks, I keep a case of water so this was not a big deal. I made my order as usual and when they rang it up they charged for all the items individually and not as a meal like was ordered.
The worker stated that since they had no drinks meals couldn’t be processed as the whole order wouldn’t be fulfilled. The total was then increased by close to $1 (not important). So they run out of drinks.. at a McDonalds..and want us to pay more because we are getting less? Nope, order cancelled. Do not expect logic if you come here.

Fries and nuggets were fresh. I placed my order in the app so everything was quick. This is one of the better McDonald’s.

If not for my child’s obsession with McDonalds I would never go and this location is the main reason! I go and I see there is a line of people waiting but the inside is empty. Before I go in, I check the dining room hours and it clearly says 11pm. One of the workers is cleaning the drink station and has her child in the establishment so I thought nothing of it. But I was abruptly ushered back to my car by that worker and a manager stating that the dining room is closed in a tone I didn’t appreciate. The drive thru lady was nice, I’ll give them that. But, I was asked to pull over to the side and had to wait about 20 mins. I asked the lady if it was all there, she confirmed. But when I got home, my order was short two six piece nuggets. It’s a continuous pattern that always happens. I went to go back and was told they were closed now. So McDonalds gets to keep my money and I didn’t even get my whole order. This is infuriating! I’m so sick of the lack of customer service and not getting what I pay for!!!!!!!! DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!

This one of the worst McDonald’s you can go to the managers have stank attitude and the service sucks, you show up the the pointe south store be prepared to be there at least a 45 minutes just to get your order,and you will lose your points if you use it on a mobile app. And couldn’t get my order!!!!!!
