Fish sandwich introduced in the early 60’s to win the Catholic followers a non meat item during Lent
Today, at 75 I was lookimg forward to enjoying that sandwich, ordered online, picked up at counter, sat down, took a bite and CRUNCH
WAIT, what’s this, a toasted bun, I went to counter and said bun was toasted and was told that’s the way it comes. Had I not used my points I would have demanded a cash refund. My time Is too valuable to argue with subordinates and I had already noticed the manager at a table either on an interview or a discussion with a current employee
Now the icing on the cake, walking in I noticed a sign giving customer service contact info, well I got home and made the call
Go figure, a recording with the promise of a call back in 24 hours
Well, a text from the group who owns the restaurant, won’t deny or confirm going forward if bun is to be toasted or steamed
Funny they are passing the buck to the individual store for an answer
A restaurant chain who prides themselves on consistency is now letting it all up to the individual managers

Issue was last Friday, I contacted their customer service as listed in picture
They said someone from the store I visited would contact me, it’s Tuesday and no one has ever reached out

Everything is average. Drive through is simple when service is light. When heavy they are moderate in efficiency. The only issues i always have with it. If they ask you about sauces they usually never put it in the bag. Lastly I ordered a grinch meal but they gave me a normal meal instead.

Let me start off by saying if you’re not in the drive-through and if you’re inside all the rain, they don’t care about you. I counted 17 people standing in the lobby and they all were waiting for their food They will look at you crazy and tell you to order off and kiosk that’s out of order and I explained to them how I customize my meal is not on the key also so I have to verbally tell them what do I want. I ordered my niece a happy meal and requested grinch salt. They told me that I had to buy a happy meal to get it and I told them that I just bought a happy meal and pointed at my niece and the cashier proceeded to tell me that I have to pay for the salt and I say OK and then another cashier said it’s not for sale.

Looking for fast food, look else where. Curbside service non existent, had to walk in twice. Manager stared blankly when asking about food after 40 minutes. Do not expect fast food, expect extremely poor quality food at 3 star restaurant wait.

I would give 0 stars I’m the only one in drive through, placed my order went to the first window to pay. I guess the cashier had rather talk to her co workers instead of taking my money. After 10 minutes I left. I guess she forgot that I was there.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this McDonald’s it’s a problem. I NEVER receive the sauce for my nuggets and soda ALWAYS taste HORRIBLE. Food always made wrong also. I travel ALOT so I visited ALOT of McDonald’s in my past but I can HONESTLY say this is the WORSE McDonald’s I’ve EVER been too. I’ve never did a review on here before about anything so that’s how you know I’m frustrated with this location. They gotta do better.

First visit to McDonald’s in a long while, and as expected they did not disappoint lol…. Poor service (no customer interaction), crappy food (except the fries) and extremely overpriced. The dining area and outside area were pretty clean, but the restroom was not. Will not return.
