I am extremely disappointed with this McDonald’s location. The level of inaccuracy and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable.
I placed an order for two 2-cheeseburger meals — one without pickles and one regular. All 4 sandwiches came without pickles and onions.
On top of that, I ordered a 10-piece nugget meal and a 6-piece nugget meal. The 10-piece only had 8 nuggets, and the 6-piece somehow had 7. How do you get the counts wrong in both directions?
I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, but the repeated errors show a clear lack of quality control and management oversight. At this point, I won’t be spending any more of my money here. An overhaul in staff and management is long overdue for this location.

This is the shittiest my Donald’s ever I work close by so order sometimes 3 times a week and it’s messed up every single time what’s the point in a mobile order if it’s always wrong. Food is always cold and old never fresh. Most of the staff is rude and the others laugh at how they treat people. Good thing chick fila opened next door fast friendly and they don’t mess up your order.

Ordered on mobile app to pick up at counter was told at the drive thru my order was for the counter they refused to give it to me at drive thru fine walked up to the door and a little girl that works there locked the door right as I got up to it the was at 9:47pm said go to the drive thru went back around was told to go inside at this point o raised my voice at her I’m not amused by them ask to speak to a manager and the Spanish girl manager that you can barely understand says mam that is because the lobby is closed at 10 and I said it’s only 8:54 was 9:47 when I originally walked up asked for a refund and she handed me cold food since I been playing with those idiots driving around the damn restaurant will not be back to this location. I placed a mobile order, drove to the restaurant, parked in a curbside spot, and waited 12 minutes for my order to come out. I should have checked my bag before pulling off, but I forgot where I was for a moment. I thought I was at Chick-fil-A, where orders are usually correct. But I was at McDonalds, and like always, they messed up my order.
They left out my Grinch McShaker Fries, and instead of my lemonade sweet tea mix, I received a plain sweet tea. This is unacceptable and exactly why McDonalds is no longer the go to fast food restaurant. It should be simple to read the screen or the invoice and put the correct items in the bag, but somehow it is never that simple at this location.
I am over it. This will be my last visit. I am tired of paying for items I never receive unless I go inside and ask for the things they forgot.

This is my first time visiting this location and I decided to dine in. The first thing I noticed is there’s four dual kiosks to place your order. They do offer to bring your food to your table which is a great jester for a McDonald’s. You don’t have to worry about customers getting into a fight with the cashiers lol. I would definitely be going back.

Line wrapped around the building. 2 open drive throughs. I pulled up to the drive through nearest to the building. Recording came on and stated to order when I am ready. Waited 7 minutes before my order was taken in which I initiated a second time by saying “hello”. Got to the window. Cashier was courteous. Plenty of parking. Handicap parking available.
