I’m always having problems with this McDonald’s location, and after this last visit, I’m done. I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this place. The service is always slow, the staff is rude, and the food is consistently cold. This time was the worst, we ordered a McDouble and a kids meal with two kids fries. The bun on the McDouble looked like someone had already taken a bite out of it, and instead of replacing it, the worker just slapped it on the burger. That’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. To make it worse, my child didn’t even get fries in his Happy Meal. If you live in the Mirror Lake or surrounding area, do yourself a favor and drive to the Villa Rica McDonald’s by the Ingles

If I could do 0 stars I would. Waited over 15 minutes in line to get a burger with the separation paper on it still cheese melted over it and stuck to my undercooked burger. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Every single time I come here I get parked. Even when there ONLY ONE CAR in front of me and nobody behind me. Its the most frustrating thing. People already hate spending their money here bc its so expensive. The only reason this companies been in business this long is bc its supposed to have been a quick affordable option. Its neither of those anymore. But this location specifically takes ENTIRELY WAY TOO LONG. NO MATTER THE DAY OR TIME. I have actually managed a busy quick serve restaurant. Quick serve and fast food are different and with cooking fresh food to order I never had anybody wait as long as I wait here. Its unacceptable really.

I had an uncomfortable experience with one of the staff here. Young African American woman with 2 pigtails. She tried to give me a coke that was 3/4 filled with no ice. I saw that she tried to give my drink to the car in front of me as well. She did not say anything, took a long time to fix my drink, and then proceeded to stare at me weird and intently before saying have a good day. It was very disturbing. Will not be back at this location. I’m all for hiring young people, but there needs to be proper management in place to ensure there’s maturity and respect when handling food and interacting with others. Very unfortunate.

I honestly wish there were a zero-star option. Every visit comes with a 20–30 minute wait, and the order is usually cold or incorrect. Addressing issues isn’t worth it either—the attitude from staff is unbelievable. I don’t understand how this location is still operating like this.

I came here tonight to get a med. Caramel Frappe. Unfortunately there was no coffee in it and it wasn’t even full. The line was long so I believe the drink melted too. I’m just overall not happy, The service wasn’t bad for late evening. I didn’t get a receipt and paid cash. I’ll be back in the morning for a refund.

IDK who owns/manages this particular McDonalds but the morning into afternoon staff are very unprofessional & have “don’t give a damn” attitudes. I used to frequent this location mainly for breakfast but EVERY single time they manage to screw up my order. I end up having to go inside & get greeted with extreme ATTITUDE like it’s MY fault YOU screwed up my order, & this is a norm for this staff. They want to shrug you off, tell you that”Well that’s what you ordered” & then snatch the bag out of your hand. Today was the last straw, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!!!! It’s a very convenient location but the disrespect & extremely poor customer service can not be overlooked.
