Worst experience at a mcdonalds ever. They need to train their staff better. Gave my Mobile Order code and they said pull up. They lose the code and the order in the system somehow and then they say pull up to the next window when my order is right there waiting but yet they still want to argue with me saying what was my code and oh its not there but again my order is right there in front of them

Just like Summerville the night before. I was told to pull up to spot number one that they had to cook some more fries. And then I was left to rot. Completely forgot about. I again had to go inside where are all the kids that we’re working we’re just hanging out. And the one guy from the first window had to come up front and fix our order A solid 30 minutes later. But this time I wasn’t the only one there were two other customers right behind me even more upset. Not to mention the fries were cold after I was told I needed to wait for fresh fries. These kids want $20 an hour but very few are willing to work for it.

I ordered my seasonal favorite, the McRib meal. For the first time in over 30 years, it was extremely disappointing. The fries were barely even warm, and the sandwich tasted as if it had been too long in the refrigerator. Chicken and pork have a distinctive taste when they are old, and this sandwich had that notable taste. It is so disappointing. I much look forward to this sandwiches limited time offering, but after the first bite, I was put off to take another. We never know what happens in the kitchen, and when you experience a taste of old meat, it is off putting at best. The fact that the fries were also substandard just piled on to the entire disgusting experience. The only thing that wasn’t screwed up was the soft drink. This will be my very last visit to a McDonald’s.

My husband and I walked in the lobby and the man took our order, we did not catch his name, he was very kind and had patience with me while I was trying to use the app on my phone. Our food was done before we paid and it was delicious of course Thank you!

The inside here, evening time last Thursday was horrible, especially the kids play area. I’m embarrassed to post pics, because I did liked this place before this. The boys didn’t eat their meals except the nuggets and soda. My fish sandwich had extra tartar with me asking. Our fries were not fresh and hot/warm. The play area gym even had used napkins thrown around in there. Top it off, a family was sitting inside and the woman stared at us the entire time, while her two boys were acting up.

Not sure why I gave this location another chance. Only things out of my order that was edible was the fries and the drink. I tried calling numerous times and no one would answer the phone. The fish was old and wasn’t even prepared correctly. The bun is suppose to be steamed not toasted. The burger patties that were on the Big Mac were definitely not fresh. I don’t understand the prices went up and the quality went wayyyyyy down.

Came in Tuesday morning at 12:30 started with the drive through and waited for over 5 minutes and nothing was said drove around the building and seen no one then proceeded to go inside and of course there were no employees in the building even after shouting out

Don’t pay extra for any additions to your sandwich cause they don’t care. It literally says add pickles on the grill slip and lo and behold they’re not on there. This is ridiculous.

I went thru the drive thru, ordered a number one, small, not lettuce. All 3 items were separate on receipt. I guess their’s no meal deals. It was 10.73. Ridiculous
