I just drive through Hiram McDonald’s for a breakfast burrito and chicken sandwich. I had to wait for my burrito’s because thry were not cooked. Well guess what!!!! When I got the 2, I ordered + the 2 they threw in, ALL of them were freezer cold. Since Hiram McDonalds does not answer there phone I will use Social Media fof my complaint. I will continue to call them or corporate until someone heres my complaint. Have they heard of E Coli? They held me up getting out of town for what? FROZEN FOOD. No I did not eat it. If I hadnt been runnig late I would have taken it back and got my money back. But this is not over.
I drove to Wendy’s were I got a HOT breakfast.

I previously ceased patronizing this McDonald’s location due to unsatisfactory service and food quality. Today, I decided to visit again solely because of inclement weather and the preference of my infant. Regrettably, I observed that there have been no improvements. The staff remains impolite, and the food continues to be substandard. The fries, in particular, consistently taste stale and burnt, suggesting they are not freshly prepared.

Whoever is running this place needs to get it together. I’ve been coming here for years because I have two small kids and unfortunately it’s the closest one around. But they have recently continued to astound me with their incompetence. First of all, it’s literally IMPOSSIBLE to reach them by phone. They have successfully managed to scrub their number from the internet so no one will bother them. Well- I wasn’t going to vent my frustration online until I tried three different numbers that all came up “no longer in service”, so I guess now I gotta take my complaints here.
Every SINGLE time I order DoorDash someone working there manages not to read my order and gets the stupidest stuff wrong. If I say “extra onions”, I get NO onions. If I say “cheeseburger” I get a hamburger, and so on. It’s seriously like a “call someone to tell them” if my order arrives correct. So unless I’m there to carefully look over it, the odds of them getting it right are next to nothing.
And sometimes if you place a DoorDash order they’ll even be so good and to cancel it without any reason. And then of course you can’t call and ask why.
I will say that whenever I go in there, I often have no issues with the people at the counter. They seem kind enough. But I’m sorry, that is NOT good enough. You have to actually do your job and do it semi-well. And sadly this location usually does not. I was hoping I could voice my concerns to the manager through the phone, but since they’ve made it absolutely impossible to find their number anywhere on the internet, I’m sorry to say I had to come here.
I hope they fix their issues somehow and get it together. Because I’m afraid my two little kids won’t stop wanting Happy Meals any time soon.

I am allergic to tomatoes. I ask for no ketchup on my burgers and always disclose my allergy. I went through the drive through today and ordered my food with no ketchup and told them I was allergic. I was even told by the woman at the window she would let the kitchen know which was very nice. However when I got my food I was eating it and noticed that there was a slice of whole tomato on the burger! There was no ketchup as I asked but a tomato, which does not come on the burger, and was not on the ticket, was on the burger. I know this is probably a misunderstanding of some kind but allergies are serious!

I dont know how hard it is to just put the main part of my meal in the bag, let alone it being one of the most ordered things on their menu. Last time i ordered they didnt put my fries in or give me and my fiance our drinks. This time im missing my burger, straw and the fries are cold. Yalls job aint that hard. A quarter pounder is one of the few things yall have to actually make fresh. You read a screen, get the meat, cook it, and make the burger and box it up then put it in a bag with the receipt.

This place was honestly terrible. The drive-thru has a metal bar to stop people from skipping ahead, and there are two order takers stuck in metal corners. The first one told me to go to the second one to place my order. About a minute later, they took the person behind me, and I asked if someone could take my order, I told her my order and didn’t let me finish and she said to hold on, 2 min pass, still nothing. No one responded. The girl behind kept honking at me to move, but they kept telling me to wait. I ended up leaving, and honestly, I feel like this might be some kind of racial bias going on.

Came to this McDonald’s tonight for my 2 daughters and decided to get something for myself as well. I don’t usually eat McDonald’s, but decided to give it a shot. We went through the drive thru. We ordered 2 chicken nugget meals, and a 2 cheeseburger meal with only ketchup and cheese. They gave us one bag and shoved everything in it, with fries on top, i quickly glanced in the bag and was assure everything was in it, after asking twice. We got home and there was only one box of chicken nuggets and one cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard on it. I tried calling the store 5 times with no answer. Very disappointed. It takes just a few moments to ensure you’re placing customers food in bags correctly. I’m saying this from experience working at both McDonald’s and Burger King in high school. We ended with Wendy’s because of the disruption. A waste of 30.00

Drive thru.
The fries are the main reason I go to McDonalds. In the last few visits to this location indicates there must have been a management change because I used to get fresh hot fries. The fries are the easiest food item to serve and this location can’t get it done. I didn’t give crappy cash so why did I get crappy fries!

Ordered 4 sausage McMuffins and 2 sausage biscuits this is what I got and there’s no way to call to speak to anyone. I ordered 6 sandwiches and only got 5 and 3 of the 5 were wrong

Just went through the drive through, not high hopes for a 24hr McDonalds on quality but was greatly surprised. Everything was fresh and high quality for a McDonalds, actually a fish patty and not breaded fish mush on the filet sandwich.
