They won’t even come to the front my burger had way too much pepper and lettuce on it could barely even see the burger. It’s just a whole bunch of teenagers working who could care less about their customers but when you do see a manager they will also just fool around like the teens!!

Ordered on the app before 9pm.
Arrived, checked in and 10 minutes later got a notification to come inside my order was ready. The doors were locked. They charged my order so I was trapped in a line that had not moved at all in over 40 minutes before I pulled off with no food and less $.
An employee did come to the window to look at the idiots waiting in line for absolutely no service.

If I could rate this location a zero, it would perfectly reflect my experience. As a General Manager in the food industry, I find it unacceptable and deeply concerning that employees were handling food after touching their mouths and ears. This is a clear violation of basic food safety protocols and would fail any health inspection.

The service was equally appalling. Staff attempted to replace an item with something significantly cheaper and then claimed they had no authority to address the issue, stating they were not the manager or store manager. When I suggested that better communication between shift leads and General Managers is essential, I was met with dismissive attitudes and unprofessional behavior. Instead of working toward a resolution, they chose to yell at the customer as though I was in the wrong for expecting proper service.

If employees lack the training or knowledge to perform their roles effectively, that should be addressed immediately. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability will not help a business prosper in any capacity.

This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had. While I usually extend understanding toward challenges in this industry, the unprofessionalism and poor service at this location were beyond comprehension. I will not return, nor can I recommend this establishment to anyone.

– **Service:** Generally speedy 95% of the time.
– **Accuracy:** 85%, due to some significant mistakes and missing items today.
– **Food Quality:** 98%, although I received saltless fries twice and lukewarm hash browns this morning.
– **Friendliness:** Excellent inside 100%. The drive-thru experience varies: if there’s an older woman at the window, she can be impatient and passive-aggressive, resulting in a score of 65%. On good days, when there’s a friendly, helpful young lady providing exceptional customer service, it’s a perfect 100%.

I have had one of the funniest interactions with the employees working here tonight. My food was neatly put together and not sloppily made like most times, but that doesn’t really bother me. Although the wait time was a LITTLE long, it’s not a big deal. I still had excellent service.

They are extremely too busy cleaning instead of worrying about that customer’s. I sat in drive-through parking number 1 for 30 minutes waiting on my food before I walked in and requested refund. You can see the times in which I got my refund and placed the order on the two receipts I uploaded. You would think they’d still offer me my food in an attempt to make it right but no it was just a refund and done.

What Did I Get?

Smoothie & Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McMuffin

Pros:

Fast and Friendly Service. Associates were very nice.

Cons:

Food Quality. I found black and green color in my egg. (Look at my pictures) Not sure if it’s rotten or they overcooked it, but it’s still disgusting to look at.
