We recently relocated and went here to grab food while unpacking. We had to repeat our order several times, no problem. We got to the window to pick up our food, and they didn’t give us all of the apple juices for our kids’ meals, so I advised the lady at the window. She asked the lady behind her how many we ordered, and she stated, “to darn many.” (my order was upwards of $50) When we got home, we had a sandwich in the bag that we didn’t order but paid for. I won’t be going to this location again.

This was a great McDonald’s to stop at on our road trip home from Atlanta. We ordered ahead on the app, and our wait time was really short. We received everything we ordered, even with all the customizations we made. The food tasted fresh and not like it had been sitting out for a while!

Try to get some food for my kids and their was a old grumpy lady and she was mad because I was trying to pay cash but she didn’t take my order and she was being rude to everyone. And I was trying to be nice to her but she was being rude. So then I called her a old grumpy lady. She shouldn’t be working their if she can’t take the pressure of attending people. And if the excuse their was only one their was multiple people taking orders.

Waited extremely to long in the drive thru and it wasnt even 12:00 the lunch hour rush ! It was about 11:40 a.m and because the drive thru was moving slowly and they continued to let cars sit rather than pushing the little orders out. Ended up pulling out of line and not even getting the food and went to the subway across the street.

Horrible service. Drive Thru isn’t even lit up so people don’t know you’re open. I asked the young lady if the bottled water was on the bottom of the bag. She just looked at me and shut the sliding door. It took me 35 minutes to order. And only 1 car was in front of me. Cars kept leaving because no one would help. There were three workers. And none of them had any urgency or seemed to care.

The time on the door says that the lobby closes at 11 p.m., yet the last several times I have pulled up before 11 p.m. and the lobby was already closed. Given that I was there for a Door Dash order, I was forced to wait in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes.

The McDonalds located on Chapel Hill (Douglasville). This is probably the worst restaurants in Ga. My visit was definitely a waste of valuable time and money. There was no one at the front counter, but plenty of employees gathered around food prep area drinking and snacking themselves. We ordered from the kiosk which seemed to be the most qualified employee there. After receiving the poor quality product we decided to dine in. I didn’t have high expectations but I did think the quality would be better. Before leaving, I ask for a refill, I was informed “we don’t give refills” as the young woman sipped her drink. Worst customer service ever experienced. Management or lack there of should really be ashamed of allowing this type of behavior in the workplace.

An older white woman named Theresa is always just RUDE to me. I saw her pick up a paper tag off the dirty floor and put in up on a table where people’s food goes. I then said I don’t want her pulling my order. Then she lied and said she didn’t do that. I saw her do it. 100% NASTY! I’m also filing a complaint with corporate on this.
