This is hands down the absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever been to and im in my 50’s. My order was simple. Had to go to the counter 4 times, yes 4 times for missing items. I finally gave up, refused to go back up to the counter after seeing mine and my granddaughters burgers made wrong. I orders bacon pc, they made double pc, granddaughter had cheeseburger happy meal with extra pickles, chocolate milk. They gave her hamburger, no cheese and one pickle the size of a dime. Thats not all. I had a drink with my meal. Had to stand at the counter for 10 minutes for my drink after telling one employee I needed my drink, she walked off and never came back. Another male employee, finally got him to look up from his phone and ask for my drink, for which he walked over toward the drive thru and came back 5 minutes later to ask again what I was drinking. Get to the play area, realize my granddaughter didnt have her mcflurry, went back to the counter, they didnt have mcflurries, but offered a milkshake. Got back to the play area and realized they hadn’t put my apple pie in the bag either. Plenty of employees showed up to get paid, just none doing their jobs. I will be calling corporate. This is completely uncalled for. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would do so. Warning ⚠️ do NOT CHOOSE THOS MCDONALD’S. ONLY CAME HERE BECAUSE THE ONE 5 MINUTES DOWN THE RD DIDNT HAVE PLAYPLACE.

Placed a mobile order. Went in to get it since there were at least 10 cars in the drive thru and one person inside. Took 5 minutes to acknowledge me. Literally waited 17 minutes inside. I waited so long I told the young girl nevermind on the lemon for the tea. Of course I get home and my food is completely wrong. I mean how hard is it to read. Bag sticker says daily double no slivered onions, no diced onions, add ketchup. Is that what I got..nope. And the nickel sized tomatoe was really cute. Then you call up there 9 times and get no answer. And the mobile app is even worse. Contact us is a joke. Won’t go through since I didn’t get a receipt so no store number and can’t locate it. So I’m hungry and out of my money.

This was the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. Whoever the girl was on the drive thru intercom was so rude and nasty and took a long time to even say anything so that I could order. Her tone of voice was so rude and when I asked her why she was being so rude she replied I can talk, however I want to on the speaker. She was so dismissive and kept rushing me with my order. Then when I got to the first window to pay, she left me there for 10 minutes with a whole line of cars behind me. The manager never came to the window to see what was going on. When I asked for the manager, he act like he did not care and when I asked him for his name, he said he does not give out his name. Even after I told him how long I was waiting and how rude the girl was he showed no empathy. He just wanted me to get out of his drive-through line so that the time would not add up. I asked for my food to be fresh and it was not everything was room temperature. I do not recommend this McDonald’s if you’re looking for great service and fresh food.

Ordered through the drive through at 10:16 pm and was asked to pull up and they would bring out my food. Fast forward to 10:45, it is apparent that my order was either forgotten or given to someone else. After banging on the door for 5 mins and being ignored, the food comes out – 3 of 3 burgers were all either hard & dry or thrown together with the beef patties falling apart.
Don’t bother putting the customer care link under this review. I’ve already submitted it and they didn’t do anything but say sorry and “we’ll send this to the location”.

The managers here must hate their lives. Everytime I shop here it looks like everyone wants to kill themselves. They all look completely uninterested that you’re there. Like you’re a bother to their chill time. Tonight they made me wait over 10 min then tried to have me pull forward. Ive already waited whyndo I need to wait some more. The manager would rather give me bavk my money then make me a happy customer. This happened on 2.16.2026 at 10pm.

Mcdonald’s sucks now. Not just this one but all of them. When they went to those self-order kiosk TV things is when they jumped the shark for me. I don’t go to McDonald’s anymore. Their prices are ridiculous. Also. The food used to be so good back in the ’70s and ’80s and ’90s. Even. Now it’s just disgusting.

Oh me lets get started. I have an 8 year old niece and all kids love McDonald’s even her. Once she finds out we’re going to Bremen McDonald’s she said we just as well pull around back and eat garbage because that’s all they serve example. I had a free 4 piece nugget from the monopoly game so after dance we went by there ordered she got a mango drink and the 4 piece nugget. Well she was drinking her drink on our way home and wanted a sweet and sour mix that they actually gave us. A minute later she said uncle they only gave me 3 nuggets. She said I told you we should have drove to the next McDonald’s cuz they do not know what there doing she said I’m 8 and I can count this is so rediculous 3 chicken nuggets shake my head shake my head

Whoever the lady was in drive thru was rude beyond necessary. Her lack of respect not only for me as the customer, being in customer service requires a sense of excellence. She asked if I was using reward points, I said no and her response was..”I bet”… totally unacceptable!!!!. I will never patronize that establishment again.

Young girl taking the drive through order is CONSISTENTLY rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional. I normally ignore the ignorance however today as I was handing her the exact change for my order she dropped the quarter and looked at me with an attitude as if it was my fault. Then after I gave her the difference of what was dropped she had the audacity to laugh.

Every single time I come to this McDonald’s they are always so slow I sat in the same spot for 10 mins in the drive through to the point that people jsut started backing out of the drive through. Fast forward I have FINALLY made it to the speaker and the worker is so rude had nothing but attitude. Cuts you off when you’re talking. No care in the world for their customers I’m still sitting in the drive through still haven’t made it up to the window been here since 1230. They definitely need to do something about the staff working right now.
