Good lawsuit. I bought McDonald monopoly items and they didn’t come on there and I called 11 times so now money money money moneeeyyyyy… nobody said they didn’t have any pieces. So that’s taking away for a chance for me to win. Thanks for promoting something you don’t have they should have said something. I called no answer.

The Worst McDonalds I’ve ever experienced. They are so unbelievably rude to their customers. I asked for my food to be made fresh which they assured me they would do then when it wasn’t I said I had no problem waiting and I would be so grateful and then proceeded to grab the bags out of my hand and then place them on the counter behind them for 10 minutes and then hand me back the exact same bag of food. They’re suppose to make the Cookies fresh anyway so I don’t understand the problem. Which was in my order. They constantly mess up your order too. I’ve had to go back almost every time to get something they forgot to put in the bag. I’ll never come here again. Not worth the hassle.

Employees just sitting around in the front lobby it looks absolutely terrible not only that they got to face that looks like they don’t even want to be there. Can’t even pick up an order in drive-thru for doordash like why would I make my job harder and longer when I’m already on the clock trying to make the best out of the situation.
If a door – driver is able to pick up their food that they are delivering in the Drive-Thru and makes their job quicker and faster and just helps get the customer their food faster it helps everyone I don’t understand why I can’t go through the drive-thru to pick up the food

I wish employees would find jobs that they enjoy because the service after 11p SUCKS! And the menu board was not on so when I was trying to make my order I was not greeted with “thank you for choosing McDonald’s! Will you be using your rewards points?” She kept repeating “How can I help you?” Like I can see the menu board

This was the worst experience at a McDonald’s I’ve had, probably ever. They made me repeat my order several times because in their eyes I was ordering it wrong, they could’ve simply put the order in the “correct” way but instead made me repeat it several times. Didn’t care to ask if I wanted a drink or anything at all and once we got to the window they basically threw the food and slammed the window on us. Food was okay but I asked for diced onions they gave me regular messing up my order so… Do not go here unless youre starving and on you’re last breaths.

Who even hired her? She treats people so rudely, doesn’t say hello, doesn’t give us our food when we’re standing next to her, but just puts it next to us so we can take it ourselves. Food was alright, no better than what you come to expect from McDonalds, though the service at this location is abysmal. I waited close to 30 minutes on a Sunday morning and when they finally called my number, I came to the counter to find nobody there and my food behind the counter. Waiting patiently for a few minutes to explain that my food was called and that I would like to get it. When somebody finally saw me at the counter and came, I explained “you just called my order, could I have my food there? It was order 604”, and I showed my receipt. After waiting half an hour for a McDonalds biscuit and a coffee, she gave me not order 604, but six forks, and walked off, leaving me to repeat the process, wasting more of my time. Probably the most time I’ve ever had to spend in a McDonalds in my life.

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal on DoorDash I’m Muslim I never asked for bacon this is the third order I have gotten from this location and it’s the same every time the reviews are the way it is because of poor management and training on knowing how to read a screen do your job smh.
