Came through during afternoon off hours and service was very slow. Floors were dirty, table tops were dirty, bathrooms were messy.
I guess fast food isn’t “fast” anymore, we definitely dont have “value” menus for sure.
Its hard to justify stopping at McDonald’s these days.

Great location we needed a place to stop and grab a quick bite. Plenty of parking even offered trailer or larger vehicles. Restrooms were clean, and this McDonald’s didn’t have that funky grease traps need to be cleaned smell. We ordered on the kiosk and we received our food quickly and the correct temp.
We’ll definitely be back.

Christina is life!! From the moment I walked in this store, her pleasant attitude and big smile made me feel.. well.. warm. And she wasn’t even smiling at me!
But when it was my turn, lemme tell you what happened. I ordered a large fry. That’s it, just a box of french fries. When it was ready, she offered a Coke that had been made, but deemed extra. For me? You shouldn’t have!
Later, I was trying to fill a travel mug and ordered a large and medium coffee. Turns out, my cup was bigger than that. This kind soul said, “If you need more to fill that up, let me know.” I did and she filled my cup.
What I’m trying to say is Christina is the picture of customer service. There was a time when I would get good service and I’d write on the comment card “Make her the manager!” That ain’t no kind of reward… Give the lady a week off with pay!
Thank you, Christina, for making my visit so nice. And speaking for everyone else there last night as well .. they thank you, too!
Lastly, this review might seem like I’m related to Christina. On my life, nothing is further from the truth. I met her across the counter for the very first time last night. It was my lucky day

We have almost stopped using McDonald’s because so many force you to use the kiosk in order to order unless you just wait forever for someone to wait on you at the register. We stopped at this McDonald’s and we had excellent service. We didn’t much more than walk-in and a young gentleman said how can I help you. I fail to get his name, but he was very nice and we got our food fast.

Our order was missing items. Ordered shakes with no cool whip, however, the both had it. Fries seemed to be refried and tasted bad. The cherry cream pie was cold and not cooked. The food in general was horrible. Will never stop at this McDonald’s again.

Served a cold cheeseburger the cheese was not even melted at all. How in the world can you get cold food when it’s not busy. Sweet tea had no tea taste completely watered down. Only the fries were tasty for the first time in months from any McDonald’s. The owner needs to get rid of the whole management staff AT THIS LOCATION because THEY DON’T CARE. PERIOD.

went to this mcdonald’s today and it was alright. the food was decent and the place looked clean enough, but the service was slow and the staff didn’t seem very attentive. i waited longer than i should’ve just to be acknowledged, and even after that it felt like nobody was really focused. not awful, just kinda frustrating. solid three stars.

Today around 4: 35 PM stopped to get the Grinch Big Mac meal. 12/3. I get the food home and my fries were not cooked long enough nor was the box filled. So I got small fries in a large container. My burger was gross and they did not put cheese on it nor the pickles and the bun looked like it was taken out of a bread bag. My husband’s cheeses burgers buns looked darker and better. The patties were not the same size n slid off the bun . Realized later no cheese. The burgers on mine for sure not cooked long enough. The car in front of me waited n waited for their order. Why were they not told to pull up.

I think I have seen toddlers at a daycare behave better than almost every single worker in this place. Manager (I assume) was obnoxiously loud and basically screaming in my ear. She was actually yelling at the workers in the back while talking to a customer. I’m aware this is a McDonalds but it amazes me how unprofessional this place of work is. This used to be a more professional place and I don’t know what happened.
