This is my first-ever time in Georgia, and the McDonalds by Loves was amazing! The place was neatly decorated for The Grinch, which I didn’t even know they were doing. The lady at the cashier was awsome and the food was out practically as the order ended. I got the Grinch Meal and the socks are pretty neat. The shaker fries were a little confusing to figure out and a bit messy in the car, but oh well. If I ever had a chance to go to this McDonalds again I would do it.

i went here around 12am last night so it wasn’t busy at all. i went through the drive through and when i ordered i had asked for extra ketchup and onions, the older lady working at the window proceeded to repeat back to me “so no ketchup and no onions”, then when we pulled to the first window, she told us to pull up to the second window and it will take about 2 minutes for the fries to be ready. nope, sat at the second window for over 30 minutes with no one coming by once. once we finally got our food the lady said she gave us a bigger fry for the wait. i looked in the bag to see i got the completely wrong order. so i waited about 40 minutes to get the wrong order. pathetic. there needs to be something done about the older lady working there. clearly she cannot do her job correctly.

My family is traveling from MO and stopped here for a quick breakfast. It was the NICEST & CLEANEST McDonald’s I have ever been in. And the staff was so friendly ! It was almost like we were at a sit down restaurant and not a fast food place. I absolutely loved all the Grinch Christmas decor too! Give this crew a raise because they deserve it! – PS the food was fresh and delicious!

I stopped at this McDonald’s on my way home back to Huntsville, Alabama, I ordered a double fish sandwich with cheese, tartar sauce, and some sort of spicy sauce, a medium fry and a medium mocha frappe and the service and the food was superb. The mocha frappe was nice and cold and thick and the food was fresh and hot and delicious and the people that work there were amazing so nice and so friendly, and so customer oriented and went out of their way to be kind. I love it thank you. My sandwich is almost gone.

Really kind workers here. Unfortunately, the last two times we went through the drive through at this location (less than two weeks apart) we had food missing from our order. First time was a quarter pounder, and today was a 10 piece chicken nugget. Of course I didn’t see until I got home. Pretty frustrating, check your bags before your drive off! Lesson learned.

I couldn’t even tell you the food quality because I didn’t even order, thats how frustrated I got. All I saw and herd were voices and barely any persons, a restaurant full of woman that love to gossip and joke around, by the time anyone decided to walk out to check on a customers that was waiting for 20min she said just to ask for some sauce and a update on her chicken sandwich, 20min she said. Thats when I gave up and decided to complain to them about how much they love to talk to one another.
They need some more man working in there, its just a bunch of woman nonchalantly talking while customers waiting patiently getting angry for half an hour

Restaurant was clean, service was fast. Maybe too fast?? Burgers were not cooked through, and way too much salt! I mean, I love salt, really, but wow, had to be like 1/2 a tablespoon of salt per burger.

I am a trucker and placed an order through the mobile app for table service pickup. As I sat at the table to wait for the order to be ready, I overheard a worker say “we have a mobile order”, so I figured they were working on it. After several minutes passed, I looked at the app to see the status and saw that my order had been canceled! Nobody bothered to let me know. I walked up to the kiosk and placed another order. When the order was ready, the lady that handed it to me was so unfriendly. She was annoyed because she needed to use the restroom (not my problem). I was missing the pie that I ordered, as well as one of the dipping sauces. Also, the fries were cold. The customer service at this location needs an overhaul.
